The Boathouse - Perfect 2 bedroom Property close to all Town Facilities

This well designed holiday home is ideal for your Coffin Bay Escape. It`s modern fitout and comfortable fittings make it perfect for up to 4 guests.

Located one block off the Esplanade, it is close to all town facilities, including the Oyster Walk, the Town Hall, the Yacht Club and the Town Jetty.
The property is air-conditioned, and all rooms have ceiling fans - even the front deck! Facilities include fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, flat screen television, laundry, one bathroom, two toilets. Outside there is room for your car and boat, and a fish cleaning station is available (shared with neighbouring property). Catch your fish on the Jetty, clean your fish at the property and bbq your dinner. Perfect.

The Boat House sleeps 4 guests and all linen is included.

Main Bedroom: Queen
Second Bedroom: Two Singles (can be converted to a king)

The deck houses the bbq and outdoor setting and overlooks a bush block. The pull down blinds make this space usable on almost all weather.

The property is next door to Endymion. If you have a larger group, book both properties and enjoy Coffin Bay.
