Catch of the Bay is a beautiful north facing holiday home in an idyllic location, providing front row seats to watch the fishing boats come and go through the channel. From here you can enjoy a stroll along the Oyster Walk, take a short walk to Crinolin Point for a swim, or simply sit back and relax on the front deck and admire the ocean views.

This property is perfect for the fisher person. Located on a corner block, there is plenty of room to park cars and boats in the driveway and at the rear of the property, and an additional fridge in the laundry for bait and beers.

The ducted air conditioning reaches all rooms in the home. The kitchen lounge dining area is spacious, with a comfortable lounge, flat screen television, dining table for 8, breakfast bar for 4 and well equipped kitchen. Guests will enjoy the filtered rainwater tab in the kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher.

The covered deck has an outdoor table seating 8, a barbecue and wind downs blinds to block any unwanted sun. Too cold or windy for the deck? The same view can be seen from the large windows in the living area.
