The main level living space features expansive views of the private pool area and outdoor living space and provides comfortable seating for your entire group providing the perfect place for vacation movie night or game on the 75" TV.

The expansive outdoor living space boasts the largest pool on the block (heated for an additional fee), spacious sun deck with a variety of lounge chairs, separate grilling area with gas grill and best of all it includes a custom-built corn hole playing area.  The outdoor covered porch area includes another dining table with seating for 8 and a 65" TV so you can watch your favorite sports team from the pool and outdoor living areas.

The chef’s kitchen offers designer cabinets, quartz counter tops and Black Stainless G.E. Monogram appliances. Coffee aficionados will love the Keurig coffee system in addition to a 12-cup drip coffee maker.

Adjacent is the dining area with table seating for 8, while the counter offers seating for another 3 guests. The kitchen and dining area open to the living room which has near floor-to-ceiling windows, French doors, a flat-screen television and a vast sectional sofa under exposed timber ceiling beams.

The first master suite is located on the first floor which has a private bathroom, walk-in shower with twin showers heads including a tranquil rain shower head. Just down the hall you’ll find a guest bedroom with a king bed and a shared private bath with a shower/tub combination.

Ascending the staircase to the second floor you’ll find a second master suite which has a private bathroom with a gorgeous walk-in shower with twin shower heads including a tranquil rain shower head. Down the hall is another guest bedroom with a king bed and a shared bathroom. Adjacent to the second master suite is another bedroom with 2 triple twin bunk beds – the perfect place for the young and the young at heart! It, too, has a shared bathroom. If you are visiting for one of our world-class sporting events Beach Please! is centrally located between the new Publix Beach Sports Complex and Frank Brown Park, home to all of the tournaments. In addition to Beach Please! which can accommodate 18 guests, our sister property Beach Please! 2 is located three houses down and features 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and can sleep up to 16 guests.
