Happy Ours is a gorgeous canal front home with three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a private heated pool and a 30 feet boat dock. It's just 2.5 miles away from the world famous white sandy beaches of Anna Maria Island. This luxury property sleeps a total of 8 people. You will love the open concept with living, dining and kitchen that is fully stocked and even has an induction stovetop and a convection oven. The master suite comes with a king size bed and ensuite bathroom, the second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom another queen and a bunk bed. The living room has a sleeper sofa for additional guests. Living room and all bedrooms come with Smart Flat Screen TV's. On the large deck, you will enjoy the heated saltwater pool, the jacuzzi hot tub, a fire pit and sun loungers. Other amenities include a private garage, washer and dryer, free high speed internet, beach towels, beach chairs, etc. The house is fully stocked and equipped with all you need. Just bring your personal belongings and your boat. There is enough dock space to accommodate a boat up to 30 feet. For guests staying two weeks or longer you may use the 20,000 lb boat lift, this would require a $100 fee and a signed form.

* Cancellation more than 90 days prior to arrival will receive a deposit refund less a $250 cancellation fee. Cancellation less than 90 days prior to arrival will forfeit all deposit received. Cancellation less than 60 days prior to arrival will forfeit all monies on account. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing.
