Charming waterfront house located steps from Lake Monomonac. Enjoy all the lake has to offer with your own dock and paddleboards and kayaks available for use. With two bedrooms, a fold out couch, and extra space for a twin bed if needed, there is plenty of room for the whole family. There is a spacious kitchen, and dining room looking out to the lake. Enjoy evenings on the screened in porch, or have a picnic under the gazebo. *This property is part of a two family house. The other half is occasionally used by the owner but not rented out.*
