Totally renovated, beautiful cottage in vibrant Asbury Park, NJ. Sleeps 2. Safe 5th Avenue address. Six blocks to beach (swimming, surfing, boardwalk), 1 block to Deal lake (canoeing, paddle boarding). One bedroom , one bath cottage. Living room, new leather sofa bed (sleeps two). Fully equipped kitchen, air-conditioning. heating, WiFi, TV. Modern, glass door shower. Computer desk & chair and external monitor. Separate entrance & parking. Beach chairs & towels. Two beach passes. Outdoor shower. Sip coffee or an umbrella drink on your own porch. Outdoor grill. Shops, restaurants, yoga studio and coffee spot two blocks from the cottage in the Sunset Point block. Due to Asbury Park code, this is strictly limited to two guests sleeping overnight. Children are allowed (2 maximum).

Hi, We moved to Asbury Park, NJ from Montclair, NJ in early 2018. We love the area with it's beautiful beaches, lakes and all the fantastic events. Travelling with family is a passion and we have used short term rentals in Cuba, Guatemala, Canada, England, Ireland and North America. We want you to enjoy our cottage and get to love Asbury Park as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

We bought our property in 2018 because I had to live by water! When we bought the main house, a Victorian built in 1890, we saw it's potential and wanted to bring it back to it's former glory. That included lovingly renovating the cottage in the back which had fallen into disrepair. It has been a labor of love and we hope you can also appreciate it's uniqueness and charm.

What makes this property unique

Living, and visiting, this part of Asbury Park has such great advantages. Walk a block to Deal lake and launch or rent a canoe or paddle board and explore the many fingers of the lake. Walk a few more blocks to the beautiful, clean beaches of Asbury. Sunbath, surf, swim, eat at the many restaurants. Kids can enjoy the water park or take in the Pinball Arcade. A block from the cottage, at Sunset Point, explore the shops, take a Yoga/Pilates class, or get your morning coffee and bagels in Booskerdoo's.
