Terrific Stay!

Just what we were looking for for our extended stay in Boston - a warm, comfortable, traditional home close to Tufts in a quiet neighborhood. Extras we enjoyed - gas fireplace, remodeled kitchen with lots of storage, desk with nice office chair for working, front porch seating. Owner was wonderful, very responsive!

Wonderful house and excellent location

We had a wonderful stay at the property while dropping my daughter off at Tufts. It is walking distance from the campus which made the move-in process very easy. Thank you for such a great stay!

Stately, showroom Home...Beautiful

This home was beautiful and exactly as pictured and described on the site. The rooms were large and clean with tons of space. The master was on the 3rd floor and the bed was very extremely comfortable. The owner was always accessible and very nice. When I asked about a television in one of the rooms, she responded immediately and installed a Roku TV before our arrival. The neighborhood was peaceful. We took a few walks, felt completely safe. Great trip. Great property.

Check in was so convenient, went straight to the house and was told where the key was! Nice upgrades to the property. Quiet, cul de sac area, just as advertised! Very close to the grocery store for added convenience. Owner checked in to make sure everything was ok and had a way to contact her if needed! Definitely will be returning to Boston to see more of this beautiful city!

We had a perfect visit to the Boston area and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Medford. There are plenty of options for walks/runs including the campus of nearby Tufts University. The property includes everything one would need for a comfortable stay; plenty of space, fully equipped kitchen, pleasant sitting area in the back and a spacious front porch to enjoy the quiet /private neighborhood. Eileen was available for any questions we had and provided prompt, thorough replies. We are keeping this in our "favorites" for our next visit to the area. Thank you Eileen!

Nice Property

This was a very nice property near Tufts College. It was about a 2 minute walk from the bus stop - a big bonus - in a relatively quiet neighborhood. It was also conveniently located near a couple of nice shops - all within walking distance. The owner was very gracious and accommodating. The only critique I would have is that there was no extra toilet paper or trash bags in the house whilst we staid, so we had to buy our own. Otherwise, everything else was great.

A very nice house for 6 people.

We came for the Boston marathon with a group of 6. This house was close to transit and it was easy to get around by bus and train. It was nice to have a kitchen and the owner was very easy to contact and accommodating. We had a great trip.
