Located in the heart of Clemson SC and 1 mile from Clemson University, this 3 bedroom, 3 bath split level house is the perfect combination of style, comfort, convenience, safety and privacy to ensure a memorable stay while visiting the Clemson area. Death Valley, Clemson nightlife, downtown shopping and restaurants are all within walking distance; yet this property is completely removed from campus life for total privacy. Location, location, location!

This stylish split-level house with cathedral ceilings is the perfect combination of spaciousness for gatherings and 2 levels of floor space for privacy. The main level features an open floor concept for the kitchen, breakfast room and great room-with a 70" smart TV visible from all rooms and has a "Tiger" themed decor. The great room has sliding glass doors leading to a deck for grilling and relaxing under the trees. Completing the main level is a master bedroom with ensuite bath, 2nd bedroom, and another full bathroom. Downstairs you will rest in the oversized 3rd bedroom; furnished with 2 queen beds, smart TV and fireplace. The oversized laundry/mud room features a full bathroom with shower, utility closet for washer and dryer, and sliding glass doors leading to the patio. The flagstone patio features 4 Adirondack chairs and a fenced in yard with total privacy for relaxing under the trees.

I really liked this house and we had a great stay here for my son's graduation. The house is clean, comfortable, has a lot of space to socialize, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. The dining table is a perfect card table. The location was very good for our purposes - graduation, downtown, and restaurants. The driveway has a short bit of steepness but levels out to park. Communication was Ellen was great. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Ellen, for the welcome goodies!

Clemson homecoming

Had a great stay visiting my son who is a senior. House was exactly as described. Clean, with amenities, plenty of space and very comfortable beds. Owner was very easy to deal with, super nice and responded quickly if I had any questions. One of the best owners I’ve rented from. 5 stars all around

Why they chose this property

I am pleased to offer "The Hill @ Stoney Creek" to the vacation rental market beginning January 2020. This property has been newly renovated, updated, and fully furnished to accommodate the traveler visiting Clemson. Every detail has been given consideration to provide a comfortable and pleasurable experience while staying here. The common areas of the house are appointed with a "Clemson Tigers" theme. The open-floor plan lends itself to large gatherings and 2 levels offer privacy. Although the house is comfortable and well appointed, its best quality is the location-a 20-minute walk back to the house after a Clemson football game instead of being stuck in traffic for as much as 2 hours!!! You are just a short walk or ride to everything Clemson has to offer.
