Brand new 2 bedroom condo, with a gorgeous beach. Property sits 12.5 miles out from Gulf Shores on the Peninsula. This unit & building (4) was completely rebuilt after Hurricane Sally. Unit can sleep up to 6 adults with the pullout sleeper sofa. Master bedroom has queen bed with bathroom. 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds, 2nd bathroom just out side doorway. The kitchen is fully equipped and supplied with all cookware, utensils, dishes & silverware. Eat in kitchen table easily accommodates 4 adults. The living room features a balcony facing the Gulf of Mexico with a great view and a soft breeze, a queen-size sleeper sectional sofa, Smart TV'S. The unit is air conditioned and heated. The master bathroom has a custom full walk in shower. Other in-unit amenities include, microwave, dishwasher, electric range, coffeemaker, blender, cable TV, garbage disposal, iron & ironing board, hair blow dryer, curling iron.
A Great Resort for Family Fun!: The Plantation Resort boasts it's own private sugar sand beach on the Gulf of Mexico, 1 indoor heated and 2 outdoor pools, indoor jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, tennis courts, basketball court, horseshoes, shuffleboard, Sassy Bass Island Grill on site, BBQ grills, laundry on the 1st floor of the building, (credit or debit card only).

Great beach. Location is about 20ish minutes from Gulf Shores so try to bring everything to minimize driving back and forth. The accommodations are great and the unit even has beach chairs, a beach cart, and beach toys. 3 pools, hot tub, sauna, and steam room were great.

The property was perfect. Location was spot on as described. The beach toys were perfect for kids. Sassy Bass was a great dinner and only a short walk away. Would stay here again!

It was very comfortable, beds comfortable, clean condo, had a great week with family! Only negative is the door is a little hard to manage getting in and no washer and dryer in condo, but it was a great place.

We’ve stayed at this property for several years and always enjoy our time. This particular unit has a great view and is nicely updated. There is tons of storage and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you might need for making meals or enjoying a drink. Checking in was seamless. Amazing property. Location is a quick 20 minutes from the festival. Finding our condo was easy and getting in was slick with the key code we set up with Dean. Property is clean and well appointed. We had the best week!!

This property was wonderful! Dean was great to work with, the view was perfect, short walk to the beach and pool. This condo is located on the 5th… just a heads up if you have to take the stairs. We are already looking at booking this property again next year. Be sure to eat at The Hammered Crab or Tin Top restaurant in gulf shores.

Love the beautiful clean beach and the beauty of entire area. Have a 1 bedroom at same location that I have been renting since 2006, so have been coming here for years. Wanted a little more room so decided to get a 2 bedroom unit.
