About this property

Pauanui Beach House.

Welcome to our comfortable, clean, well positioned holiday home situated centrally in Pauanui with easy access to all amenities. Our home has three good sized bedrooms and is decorated in a contemporary beach style. It has an open plan dining , lounge area with plenty of seating. The kitchen is clean and tidy and very well stocked with china and cooking equipment. Beds are comfortable and dressed with modern duvets.
(Tenants to supply their own linen and towels.)

The Bach is situated next to a walkway which leads down to the estuary. Directly across the road is Kennedy Park. It is a short walk in all directions to reach the wharf, shops and ocean beach. (10-15 minutes)
A safe fully fenced section with a relaxing outdoor area with barbecue, table, chairs and gazebo.

Very nice beach house. Well set up and very conveniently positioned. Great bbq covered outdoor area. Lovely weather and nice to have surf beach or the calm estuary nearby for swimming.

That's a great place to spend a couple of days in Pauanui. The deck on the backyard is perfect for a barbecue!
