Welcome to the perfect place you can call your home away from home in south Austin! A comfortable 2 bedroom 1 bath half-duplex in a convenient, established residential neighborhood, it's an ideal location to retreat to during a stay in Austin. Guests appreciate Its proximity to Starbucks, HEB, Whole Foods and several restaurants, a private, fenced yard, and pet-friendliness. Also, there are lots of updates including a kitchen with upgraded stainless appliances. We have added a small library, so please feel free to take a book and leave a book, or use the ample natural light to take a break and settle in for a good read!

Nice quiet spot in South Austin

The place was great for our needs! We were in town for ACL, and biked to the festival each day – it was a bit far but avoided expensive ubers etc and we were able to find a safe route with bike paths. Mostly a residental area, but it's accessible to downtown via a short drive. The place was clean and had the basics we needed like shampoo, soap, pots and pans, etc. Washer/dryer was a huge plus as well! The yard was also a bonus – and would be great if you were traveling with your dog. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!
