We had a nice stay in Split. The location of this property is the appeal. Right in the heart of the old town, just steps away from plenty of restaurants and bars. The unit was quiet for where its located. The facilities were adequate with a full kitchen. The walls are showing some wear but nothing that some fresh paint can not fix. Overall, this was a good stay as advertised.

Amazing Area!

It is a small but beautiful apartment. Perfect location and amazing views by the water. The host is very easy to communicate with. Really enjoyed our stay!

Great place

This place was great for our family of 5. Location was perfect and within walking distance of everything. The communication with owner was perfect from start to finish and we had no problems at all. I am hoping to come back to this wonderful place and would plan to stay here again.

Split stay

Apartment was clean and spacious and the location can’t be beat. Walking distance to everything, steps outside is bakery, market, pizza. Loved it!!!

Family vacation with older children

Perfect location and space for family with older children. In the middle of old town allowing us great location for all excursions and dining. Apartment was as advertised and property manager easy to contact but we didn’t have many reasons to.

Great apartment, centrally located.

Nice and large apartment. Best things: location; well equipped kitchen; quiet; good sized bathrooms. Worst things: only air con in 2 rooms (not in 2 of the bedrooms); tiny hot water tanks. A great location to stay in and tour from, would benefit from more air con and better hot water provision (for a family of 5).

Amazing

Anja and her entire staff were amazing. The apartment was exactly as listed. They were accommodating as can be and an amazing experience throughout. There was no hesitation or delay on anything they promised and the location is a 10:10. I will be using them again and recommend them highly!

The property was terrible when we arrived. They were towels hanging all over the clothes hanger, and there was only two ACs one in the living room and only one AC in one of the bedrooms. I found the pillows were dirty. All the towel Get like so over used . Dirty . The apt smelled like cigarette . The apartment was just in a very poor condition . The picture in profile does not depict the actual apartment And both the bathroom shower were clogged. I had to call the owner to have the bathroom unclogged. It was just a very dirty place. I would never ever stay in a place like this. There was no standards of quality. Bad ! Bad & bad !

Excellent location

We stayed for 4 days in this apartment. The space was very spacious, and the location was excellent—right in the heart of old downtown. However, there were a few issues that need attention.Parking: The listing mentioned parking on-site, but there was none available. We had to find paid parking each time we moved our car, which was inconvenient.Maintenance: The apartment could use some maintenance. For instance, there were 4 missing lightbulbs in the kitchen and living room areas, and the kitchen faucet was loose and wobbled.Hot Water: The apartment has two bathrooms, but the small water heater ran out of hot water very quickly, even though we kept the heater switch on throughout our stay.Towels and Drying: When we arrived after 4pm, we found many wet towels hanging in one of the back bedrooms, which was very cold. It seems the room was being used as a laundry drying area. We moved the towels to an area near the entrance under the A/C for faster drying.Heating/Cooling: The apartment has two A/C units meant to heat the entire space, but it took 2 days for the place to warm up, and the two back bedrooms stayed cold throughout our stay.Cleaning: I found old fermented coffee grain in the coffee maker, it took long time to clean, It seemed like the cleaning was done in a rush, as we noticed some areas that were not thoroughly cleaned.Overall, we enjoyed the apartment's location and size, but these issues made our stay less comfortable than expected.
