Was worth the amount I was charged. The owner was very nice and accommodating. I had one minor issue but was resolved in a matter of minutes. They were very fast in responding to me. Would definitely recommend and I will be staying any time I go back to Cape Girardeau

I cannot say enough about the hosts. I messed up my dates. They immediately found me a place to cover the night. I had expected to have to find a hotel but they smoothly moved us into a nearby property. It was such a relief. Both houses are perfect for our needs. Small but they had everything we needed. The Eden house was a lovely old carriage house. Beautifully done. Very comfortable. The little blue house is also small but again perfect. Both are less than a block from our new favorite Tapas bar. The location was perfect. We could get everywhere we needed to go off one of the two cross streets. The house could use some updates, but it seems like they are doing that. Everything worked. The AC did an amazing job keeping up with the extreme heat. The bed was extremely comfortable for both of us, which doesn't usually happen. One cautionary note, the extremely comfortable bed was extremely high. It took me a few tries to figure out how to get into it. If you have mobility issues you may want to ask for the other house.These hosts made our stay in Cape a lovely one. And I cannot thank them enough for going out of their way to solve a problem I created. They were wonderful and I will stay with them again anytime the need arises.

Poor host experience due to us renting this cottage almost 3 weeks in advance, than was told last minute that we were being bumped to a property that isnt listed thru vrbo due to the "weather". When in all actuality the host had somebody else staying in the blue cottage. The loft apartment that we were moved to was cold and dirty.

Cozy tiny home

We stay here every time we come to the area from Tennessee, it's small and cozy, perfect for you and your significant other, host is very nice and communicative. It's located within walking distance of downtown Cape shops, highly recommend this home

Me and my fiance has stayed at this property 3 times. I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else when visiting cape Girardeau. The owners were very friendly and responded to any concerns quickly.

All I needed

Perfect location, close enough to walk to food and drink, and exactly one block off the main cruising route so I could watch and not be on the route. The fridge could be colder, and there's no oven, and the A/C is loud. But that was stuff I knew. The place was clean, and easy to find. The little front porch is a great place to unwind.

It was dirty and lack of maintenance Bedding had hair and dirt on them the bathroom wasso gross the toilet is not secured to floor shower tile and pan was full of mold and sewer just flowed straight into the front yard by the fron porch sitting area

Great location for walking around downtown and checking out the murals along the River. House is small but enough space for two. The two room air conditioners controls were not working properly making it hard to adjust temperature. Toilet paper was absent but host was prompt in bringing some.
