About this property

2 bedroom modern Raglan beach retreat large outdoor deck 200 meters to town

22B is so close to EVERYTHING you won't need a car - walk to the water, town, movies, supermarket, museum or any part of the CBD you wish and yet we are private, quiet and sunny.
This is our own family bach and we have spent many happy holidays here. It is walking distance to all the facilities in Raglan - so restaurants, cafes, the water, supermarket and many shops are just a short stroll into town and yet we are extremely private down a long right of way and noise and bustle is never an issue. It is practical, well appointed, very warm and comfortable and suits both families and those with less people in tow as well. There is tons of parking, a place to put up a tent if you wish, and space to relax and unwind.
Large dining tables both in and outside
Just a 40 minute drive West of Hamilton, this surfer’s paradise has a truly relaxed vibe, full of quirkiness and character. For surf fanatics, Manu Bay is renowned to possess the longest, most consistent left hand break in the world. But Raglan itself is also a haven for paddleboarders, swimmers and kayakers. If staying on land is your preference, Bridal Veil Falls is a quick trip away, or for a more challenging adventure, you can climb to the top of Mount Karioi or explore the Te Toto Gorge Track.
We are Waikato farmers and have chosen Raglan as our bolt hole to get away from the farm and relax, unwind, bike and enjoy friends and family and it is a pleasure to share this wonderful community with you and yours. We bike a lot, walk and read, cook and barbecue as much as time allows.

Surf Sun n Sea

Really enjoyed our stay away from home. This house was a cute little retro kiwiana with bits of modern in too. Had everything we needed. SO so close to town. 5 minutes to walk to town and beach. Enabled 2 families to have a restful break.

Great bach, super location

Beautiful comfortable bach perfect for a family or 2 couples, close to town and the estuary. Rosie was fabulous to deal with. We particularly loved the deck with a glimpse of the estaury. We would definitely stay here again.
