This 2 Bedroom 2 Bath is located inside the beautiful 9 Bahias community in the Chahue Marina area. Master room has a queen size bed and its own bathroom. Second room has a full size bed and a common bathroom. Each bedroom has an AC unit. Washer and dryer inside unit, very practical for longer stays. Terrace with table and two chairs. Ample living space, with open floor plan. Dining area and living room area each have an AC unit. Modern kitchen with induction stove top. In the kitchen you will find pots, pans, microwave, blender, cooking basics (oil, coffee, sugar...) and much more.

This is an excellent property to rent. The condo is well equipped with all necessary appliances, towels, etc. It is spacious, has A/C in all rooms and the location is quiet for an enjoyable stay. Th swimming pool is well appointed and the water is pleasant for swimming.
