My family and i stayed in the plaza before and were excited to be back. The gated security, pool and everything about the building is gorgeous. Jerod was amazing to rent from. He asnwered any and all questions almost immediately. The condo was great, spacios and comfortable beds and pillows. My only negatives (with no fault to the owner) is the electric and cleanliness. We stayed for 2 weeks and shut the air off when we could and hardly did any cooking and we still spent roughly $150 USD for those weeks. The cleaners do not do a good job at all. Ive rented vaction places before where the owner is paying for services and is trusting they do a good job but the job needs improvement. There was a good amount of dust buildup on all ceiling fans, dust on dressers, dirty kitchen which i dont think was even cleaned. There was red sauce splatters all over the stove top, smearing on the dishwasher, dirty countertops and a stained pillowcase in a bedroom. The cleaners should not be putting a pillowcase back on after cleaning when you can clearly see a stain. Not huge but noticeable. I mentioned to the manager about how dirty some things were and she said the cleaners could come in the next day to clean. By that time, all of our things were unpacked and everywhere and we were exhausted from our flight, i said forget it. If the cleaners would do a better job i would without a doubt stay here again. As said, wonderful owner.
