Duval Square is a charming community with shops and restaurants downstairs and secure, quiet, private residences, pool and pavilion upstairs. Although the condo includes one assigned parking space in the gated garage, you can stroll anywhere from this conveniently located condo. All of the shops, galleries, restaurants, and attractions on and around Duval Street and nearby beaches are just a leisurely stroll away.

When you enter the home you will find a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, spacious living room and a convenient half bath. French doors let in the natural sunshine and open to the private back deck with dining table and chairs perfect for outdoor entertaining.

On the second floor, you will find 2 bedroom suites, each with their own private bathroom and an additional private balcony off the main suite.

Bedding: 1 king, 1 queen, 1 queen sleeper sofa.

Elevator access from ground level to the first floor of the condos. Stairs to the unit's second floor bedrooms.

The property is perfectly placed and quite when home. Close to the southernmost end of Duval St. It is just a quick walk to the beach each day and 5-20 min walk to everything else. We cannot wait to come back. Highly recommended!!

Great condo, as advertised. Great location on Duval, close to Hemingway House and Lighthouse. Blocks from Southernmost Point. Very quiet, private, secure location.

Great location and property

This is our second time staying at Duval Square and we love it. While it is about a 10 minute walk up to Willie T's and another 5 to Sloppy Joe's the location is ideal. There is a small mini mart right next door and a couple restaurants right on the property. The property is clean, parking is a breeze (we rented a golf cart from jvrentall) and we just love it. We're already looking to book our next vacation here.

Loved our stay! Better description of how to get to the condo is needed and windows that open. Stayed in condo 20 and windows don't open. Need the fresh air. Condo was clean. and adorable. Stay was fantastic.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect rental as your base for Key West. Great location within walking distance to everything but away from the craziness. Our group always felt safe and comfortable at this rental. Good amount of space for 6 people and main floor bath is an added bonus. Would definitely rebook this same unit if we return to Key West.

This place has an awesome location. You can walk almost anywhere but it is more fun with a golf cart. House was beautiful and we'll equiped. A little surprised to find it is a community above a mall. A great vacation.

Casa Bella beautiful
