The Mohawk Trail House....right at the doorstep of the great north! (Right next door to the Little Brown House, the sister to this house) Located near the snowmobile trail, the Trail House is your perfect getaway. This two bedroom house has all the amenities that you need for a comfortable stay. A queen bed in the master bedroom, a double bed in the second bedroom, and a fold away mattress if needed. Fully stocked kitchen, cooking facilities, coffee bar, and a large refrigerator. Outside, the Trail House has a large yard for parking or to sit and enjoy the evening on your wrap-around deck. Also includes washer and dryer to use during your stay. Slim's Cafe (best cinnamon buns in town!) and the Glacia Tavern are within walking distance. Mt. Bohemia is a short 20 minute ride. Come to ski, snowmobile, snowshoe, hike, swim, fish or relax at this perfect "home away from home".

My husband and I have been married for over 30 years. We enjoy the benefits of living in the Keweenaw Peninsula and have raised our children here. We were both born here, 3rd generation of Keweenaw survivors. The beautiful summer sunsets, the wild winter storms, and most importantly, family and friends that we get to spend time with.
Why they chose this property
Our house is conveniently located for all visitors. A short drive takes you to the lake, skiing, fishing or hiking. We are located right by the ATV and snowmobile trail.
What makes this property unique
We strive to offer a clean, affordable and comfortable place to rest when you are visiting the Keweenaw Peninsula. We hope you enjoy this little slice of heaven!
