Beautiful View Home On La Quinta Golf Course, License#064311

The property is located on the fairway of the Dunes golf course with a spectacular view of the golf course and mountains. It is a 5-10 minute walk to the restaurants, shops and spa at the La Quinta Resort & Spa. A pool and hot tub are across the street and tennis court is a few minutes walk.

House has master bedroom (king) with en-suite bathroom, guest bedroom (queen) with en-suite bathroom, and separate casita (2 twins) with en-suite bathroom. There is a large living room/dining room area (seats 8), powder room, and kitchen with attached dinette. Kitchen is well equipped and includes a new toaster oven, blender and Keurig (please bring your favorite pods). There is also a laundry room with washer & dryer and a garage.

The house is equipped with wireless internet and big screen televisions with high-definition cable. The courtyard has an umbrella table and gas BBQ. The swimming pool and hot tub are located just across the street, tennis courts are a block away, and the La Quinta golf courses are outside the living room door.

Spring Break in the Desert

We had a lovely trip and the place was as advertised. We love Santa Rosa Cove and the format of this home is similar to others in the area. While some fixtures, appliances and elements of the home are a bit dated, everything is clean and in working order. We would stay again.

Had a wonderful trip and stay at this beautiful home with so many amenities and so much provided ! Karen was so helpful and lovely to work with !!! Home is so spacious and the views of the golf course and mountains are amazing ! Easy walk to pool and Marketplace at La Quinta Resort … Many wonderful restaurants on and off property…. We rented bikes from Village Peddler who delivered them to the property … Was fun to ride around the area ! Can’t wait to go back !!

Get stay for Stagecoach weekend

Property was perfect for our family stagecoach weekend. The property was less than 15 minutes away which was great. Communication was great with the host. Instructions were easy for check out and not a great list to do before leaving. Place is older and not as stocked as other places (such as coffee) but nothing that we could not figure out or was a big deal. They had pots and pans to cook which is really all we needed. Overall for the weekend it was great.

Sparkling clean, excellent location and impeccable views

We had such a great week at this property. We had our 3 year old son with us and found it so convenient that they live right by the path to walk to LaQuinta resort. It was a 5-6 minute walk. The house was decorated well and was much nicer than some of the other ones we looked at. Karen always responded right away to any question we had. We hope to go back next year.

Wonderful Location In La Quinta

We were overjoyed by the location of this very comfortable La Quinta house. The view off the back porch of the golf course and mountains is fantastic. The house has three very spacious bedrooms, all separated from one another for privacy. The kitchen is well supplied and the living room and dining room feel very comfortable with a high ceiling and lots of windows. The surrounding neighborhood is beautiful with green lawns, flowers, and tall palm trees. We enjoyed the walking path to the neighboring La Quinta Resort. The house was a great base for exploring La Quinta, where we enjoyed the art festival, and hitting any number of golf course options. Thank you very much!
