This place is immaculate, and we loved the pool table. Kitchen stocked with spices and coffee. So many places are bare, and you need a little salt or garlic, and you end up buying a whole bottle and leaving it. It even had zip-lock bags that, of course, I didn't need this time, but have in the past. Sounds silly, but I really appreciated the house not being bare bones. Every possible bowl and utensil you would ever need, we will be back for sure.

We had stayed her as we had a work trip at coachella. Everything about this house and experience was great! We had great communication from day 1 and the location was so close to where we were working (Coachella). The house was very nice and we will definitely stay here again!

Great townhome

We had a wonderful stay and would rent this property again. The only thing I didn’t see when we booked is the 3rd bedroom is unattached, it’s a little casita room off the main townhouse but still in the gated area. Just may be tricky if you are booking with your little kids, but loved our stay!

Very spacious property. Each bedroom is large and there are actually more bathrooms than bedrooms. The pool table was fun. Zero complaints. Enjoyed our stay immensely!

A very nice three bedroom condo with two master suites on the 10th fairway, with beautiful views of the mountains. Condition of the unit was excellent. Walking distance to tennis and pickle ball. Highly recommend for a relaxing stay.

Very smooth check-in/out and in the perfect location of Santa Rosa Cove near Old Town La Quinta! We didn’t use the casita but it would have been useful for a larger party. Beds were very comfortable. The only concern we had was that the garage had a rodent dropping smell to it (we know that from a problem at our own home garage).

Terrible disaster when we arrived

Previous tenants had trashed the house and smoked Marijuana in the house to the extent that it was uninhabitable. The agent refunded our money and apologised for the inconvenience of finding a new place to stay at much higher cost at the last minute at night.

We set high standards for our home and are always devastated when we miss those marks. -Due to unusually high temperatures we could not properly air out the home after the previous guests broke our rules and left the home in terrible condition. We have since had the time to address the odor and return the home to its original state. -We know that these conditions are unsuitable for our guests and refunded your stay for any inconvenience. We appreciate you taking the time to leave a review and will continue to work to provide each guest with a wonderful experience.

La Quinta Delight

We were staying at the La Quinta Resort for a family reunion. Our adult kids and their little children stayed at the Santa Rosa Condo. It was absolutely perfect for them (and us) as we had a beautiful kitchen to eat breakfast together before swimming at the resort all day. It's plenty close so having a bikes to cruise back and forth made the accommodations perfect for getting kids back for nap time or quiet time for the adults. The house was perfectly cleaned, has 2 bedrooms with full bathrooms attached as well as a beautiful guest bathroom. The main bedroom had such a large walk in closet it worked well to set up the "pack and play" for the baby to have his own room. The casita was a great escape for our son without children to work and relax too. It was beautiful as well. The courtyard was fun for doing crafts and relaxing by the fire pit. Evolve did a fantastic job with communication and were available for help along the way. We would return in a heart beat!

Best time in the Desert!

My family enjoyed our stay this last weekend. There was something for everyone. We had golfers, tennis players, and some who wanted to lounge at the pool. The house was super comfortable, spacious and a great location. Some of us walked to the resort plaza to grab brunch and others ate at the golf clubhouse. We also enjoyed a great dinner in Old Town La Quinta. Can't wait to come back!

La quinta get away

Condo is in a great location on the mountain golf course with beautiful views. Part of our group golfed two days. It was hot but the condo ac worked great and was comfortable. Walking distance to la Quinta resort where you can go to restaurants and walk around-thats the resort amenities in the listing. Pool table was a lot of fun. Comfortable beds and furniture. Bbq’d and used kitchen. All around great condo. Will stay again.

Perfect place

4 adults and 2 children, the place was spotless and well equipped. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. Across from the pool and a very short walk to all the amenities La Quinta resort has to offer. We would to stay here again; we had a great time.
