Appartement en centre ville pratique mais viellot.

Appartement bien situé au centre d’Avignon, mais il est très vieillot et l’une des 2 chambres n’a pas de fenêtre. L’état de propreté laissait vraiment à désirer surtout dans la cuisine laissée très sale à notre arrivée. Le propriétaire est aimable et arrangeant pour le check-in et le check-out.

cliente exigeante ne sachant pas lire, voulant arriver très tôt et repartir très tard, qui en face dit que tout est parfait. Cette cliente n'a pas hesité à zoomer dans le grille-pain et derrière le réfrigérateur pour s'assurer de ne pas payer le ménage en sortie de location. Et m'a laissé le fer à repasser cassé ainsi que la cafetière ! Bâtiment vieillot, OUI, en plein centre historique, il est classé et rénové ! Merci de ne pas revenir.

Roomy apartment, comfortable beds and perfect location

Pierre-Alain is so nice and made check in fast and easy. The place is right in the heart of everything, so close to the Papal Palace. Large apartment with very comfortable beds!! Small kitchen but everything we needed. Avignon is a gem.

Ideal Location

This property was perfectly located in Avignon. A short walk to the Pope's Palace, excellent restaurants (famous and neighborhood),, nearby croissants for breakfast, and shopping. We arrived when it was record heat and were skeptical that the single AC in the livingroom/diningroomwould be adequate to cool the entire apartment including 2 bedrooms - but it worked just fine! The owner, Pierre-Alain was very accomodating with flexible check-in and check-out times. We highly recommentd this miodest apartment in the center of Avignon on a pleasant residential street, with all the the necessary creature comforts, but nothing fancy. My wife, grandson and I enjoyed our stay.

Appartement très bien situé, très bon couchage même sur le convertible. Il ne manque rien, pièce de vie bien agencée et décorée. Propriétaire très agréable , ponctuel à l’ecoute Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Seul point qui peut être gênant , la chambre 2 est une pièce aveugle, il faut laisser les portes öuvertes et l’air circule. Nous avons passé un super séjour et nous y reviendrons.

Great Apartment in Avignon!

This apartment on the Rue Carnot is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a place in Avignon. It's two bedrooms, kitchen, & living room-dining room area will easily accommodate a family or several people traveling together. It is just a 2-3 minute walk to Les Halles market, about 6-7 minutes from the Palais des Papes, etc. Stores, restaurants, etc. are all close by. A supermarket is just half a block away. The owner is a great person who does everything he can to answer any questions you might have and be of help however he can. I would recommend this apartment wholeheartedly!

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par le propriétaire dans un appartement très bien agencé pour une famille. Propre totalement équipé en cuisine et en sanitaire au cœur de la ville avec des commerces de proximité et la possibilité de tout visiter sans utiliser la voiture . De plus , nous avons été très bien conseillés par Monsieur Poirier qui nous a procuré de nombreux documents touristiques sur Avignon mais aussi sur les environs 30 km à la ronde ! QUE DU BONHEUR !
