About this property

This beautiful ski resort is nestled between the Snowflake Chairlift and the Beaver Run SuperChair. It offers ski-in/ski-out access, and is just a short walk from downtown Breckenridge. The resort includes pools, hot tubs, a fitness facility, video arcade, shuffleboard, steam room, sauna & spa, Bar and Grill, The Market, business center, BBQ Area, on-site ski equipment rentals, parking, and a courtesy shuttle.

This two bedroom unit has a king sized bed in the master bedroom as well as a queen sized bed in the 2nd bedroom that is on the opposite end of the condo, 2 pullout sofas, a fully equipped kitchen with full sized appliances and comes with all your serving and cooking utensils, private balcony, fireplace in the large family room, a smaller family room, a kitchenette area with a mini fridge and dishwasher, washer/dryer, and flat-screen TVs.

This unit is perfect for larger groups as there is room enough for everyone to gather, yet you still have your private areas where you can retreat for a little break.

My family and I have traveled extensively throughout North America and our favorite place is Colorado. Anywhere you go in the entire state, there is unmatched beauty. The residents are the kindest most laid back people you ever want to meet. Colorado allows us to completely relax! We have a house in Colorado Springs that we also rent and hope to eventually move there permanently one day.

Why they chose this property

Two years ago, we purchased a unit at Grand Lodge on Peak 7 - which is also a Grand Vacation Resort Property. We LOVE the resort, the location and that there is soooo much to do in Breck. We wanted the same but also wanted to have different options. When this unit became available for Christmas week. it was a no-brainer. This year we will be at Grand Lodge on Peak 7 for New Year's Eve and next year here for Christmas:)
