Ron with Waya rentals was excellent to work with and friendly. The house is a wonderful location, near many types of activities and plenty to do even if you just stayed home! The kitchen is spotless and VERY well appointed. The bathrooms are clean and the beds are VERY comfortable. The sheets and towels are soft and also very comfortable. We very much appreciated Ron's help and genuine care for our comfort and happiness. The posting and pics are true and honest. We hope to return with more family for a larger gathering in the future and we like that our dog may be able to join us. All communications were clear and thorough. Make sure to bring ice, coffee and firewood. Our only complaint was some "odors" such as a strong ammonia smell upon entering that dissipated with ceiling fan use, and a bit of a "musty dampness" in the lower level - which is somewhat expected in a partially underground level during a rainy/humid time. We are not fond of riverbed rock shower floors, but that's a preference, not a complaint.

Beth, So great to hear you guys had a nice stay with us. Our cleaners take their job serious so sorry about the cleaning supply smell upon arrival as they had just left before you arrived. We do appreciating you commenting on how clean the place was as it means alot to know they are doing their job. We look forward to seeing you again in the near future. Ron
