The Space:
Welcome to Sunshine Villa! Sunshine Villa is a four-bedroom, three-bathroom, two-story villa nestled in Pier 9 Bungalows. Located in picturesque Union Pier, this lovely home has so much to offer, including a convenient locale just walking distance from the beach. As you enter the first floor, you are welcomed by a dining area, a full kitchen, and a living area area. You'll also find a bedroom with a twin-size trundle and a full bathroom, easily accessible by guests. The second floor enjoys the main bedroom with a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a private balcony. There is also a bedroom with a queen bed and a bedroom with a bunk, both sharing a full bath with plenty of space for families. The outdoor firepit and sitting area is a welcome accommodation for enjoying those beautiful summer nights. Beach access is just a few short blocks away, making it convenient even for families to walk to the beach. Please note that the owner has a cat and a non-shedding dog. The guest is allowed one non-shedding dog under 20 lbs. THINGS TO KNOW The pool is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day. * Please Note: If you are booking the home between the months of September - May, please verify with the agent that the hot tub and/or pool will be accessible. This property is managed by Vacasa Michigan LLC.
