Cooinda in Trentham is a curated home lovingly put together and styled by Lynda Gardener.
An expansive yet homely place, Cooinda sleeps 8 in generous bedrooms and multiple living spaces to gather or find yourself a corner to read a good book.
A home with it all, Cooinda features a beautiful floodlit tennis court with a basketball ring nestled in the shade of established pine trees. There's an inbuilt trampoline in the garden, and next to the tennis court is the fabulous pool, heated spa and grassed area where you can dream the summer days away. Four bikes, tennis racquets and balls, basketballs and three sets of golf clubs (one for children) are all supplied for summer days before heading into the air-conditioned comfort inside.
An inviting undercover outdoor entertaining area with BBQ looks onto the pool and court and comes off the main kitchen and living area.
During the cooler months, the large double-sided Cheminees-Phillippe fireplace is warm and comforting from both living areas. After dinner retreat to the second lounge to listen to music, read a book, play the Xbox or engage in endless games of Uno or charades. An iMac with a connected wifi printer is also available for guest use.
Cooinda is located across the road from the famous Trentham Golf Club and within walking distance of the gorgeous town centre and Trentham Falls. A stylish home for couples, families, girls' weekends or anyone wanting the perfect space to gather for a special occasion or much needed mini or long holiday.
Please note that during the winter months (June, July and August) the spa and pool will not be available for use as they cannot be heated to an adequate temperature. During the other cooler months (April, May, September and October), the spa can be used by following the in-house instructions, however, the pool is not available. During those months, the spa will be covered on your arrival and is to remain covered when not in use. Depending on the outside temperature, we cannot guarantee the spa will be heated adequately on every occasion. All other months of the year, both the pool and spa may be used.
Located in a quiet residential area, Cooinda is a space to rejuvenate and relax with families and friends in a serene and well-appointed environment. It is not a party house. Loud music and foul language will not be tolerated. Thanks for your understanding.
