Lovely unit, easy care and convenient location for visiting our daughter at boarding school nearby and for medical appointments whilst in Perth.

Comfortable property situated in a quiet part of Mt Lawley.

This is a nice, comfortable property situated in a quiet part of Mt Lawley. The railway station is a brisk 10 minute walk away whilst the bus stop for the 950 bus is only 200 yards away. This will take you right into the centre of Perth and gives you access to the many bars, cafes and restaurants situated down Beaufort Street. Alternatively, there is space to park a car off road. We didn't use the small 2 seat breakfast table but the lovely outside area with comfortable seating is ideal for a lazy breakfast, resting after a day out or for a few drinks in the evening. The lounge area is very comfortable and no doubt some visitors will find the large screen smart TV very useful. The owners Lee and Connie leave you to your own devices but were very helpful and accomodating when we asked for their assistance with a couple of matters. This certainly helped our overall experience. Many thanks.
