Located at 14 Brentham St Leederville. Surrounded by parkland and a great courtyard this villa has to be seen to be believed! The villa provides parking for 2 cars on the property and is light and bright with good vibes whilst being located in a quiet area.

Situated 1km from a cafe strip the villa is handy to a great continental deli bottle shop and lots of good restaurants if you don't feel like cooking.

Recently renovated and refurbished with new furniture, flooring and appliances the villa is modern and welcoming.

FREE WIFI Walking distance to train station supermarket movie theatre a fantastic water park Beatie Park very close. Entry to the freeway to access northern or southern suburbs . You will not be disappointed with Leederville it is a very vibrant suburb and very close to the city centre. If you need to travel to Perth for medical attention the villa is close to Princess Margret Children's hospital also Charlie Gardeners . It is only one suburb away from UWA university and of course our beautiful river and Kings Park a jewel in the crown of our city. The Leederville train station is close by and also a 24hr supermarket in the main shopping area. The villa is a fantastic family stay lots of space nicely appointed a leafy courtyard with BBQ . I have tried to make my villa as comfortable and homely as possible supplying lots of extras even home made cookies on arrival so book now and I will be happy to answer any inquiries .

Excellent Stay in Leederville

The property was located in a quiet street next to a park.The villa was ideal for our stay of 4 weeks both with facilities in the villa and all the good restaurants, bars and shops within easy walking distance of the property.Both buses and trains were again within easy walking distance.A very enjoyable stay.

Ideal Location

It is a beautifully property with all the comforts of home. Nice quite area but easily accessible and right next to open spaces and a short walk to restaurants and supermarkets. If I come back to Perth I will book it again.

Perfect Perth break

The Leederville apartment exceeded our expectations. It was spotlessly clean and had all the expected items. Coffee, tea and milk was provided to get us going. The apartment was in a safe, family-friendly area, next to a park. The nearest bus stop was walking distance and provided regular east travel directly onto Perth. We had an amazing time and would recommend highly.

We loved our stay at Leederville. This is the second time we've stayed at this property.The house is immaculate and cosy. All the amenities you need for a self-contained stay are provided. The sleeping arrangements are comfortable and the lounge and dining areas are roomy and light-filled.The location close to a vibrant cafe strip and walking distance to trains and buses into the city. The area is safe and quiet in a delightful residential area surrounded by park land. The price is more than affordable for the experience. We'll be staying again there next time we visit Perth!!

We had a lovely stay! All amenities are within walking distance there was nothing we needed or wanted for. Jan is a lovely host. I foolishly locked the keys in the house one night and Jan sorted it straight away and was so nice about it I couldn't thank her enough Will defo book again in the future if Jan will have us

Perfect location

Comfortable villa in a convenient location. Everything one might need is provided and great to have a little outdoor area to hang out in. The only not so great thing was that the oven was way overdue a clean, otherways really great place. Would book again.

Comfortable home in a great location

The house is very well comfortable. Has a well equipped kitchen and all we needed. The courtyard is a good spot to sit outdoors. The parkland is perfect for walks and shops are 10 minutes of so walk away. We were 3 generations - infant of 11 months, my daughter and myself and had a perfect stay.

Seven weeks of enjoyment

After 4 years of absence we were back in Perth and stayed in this fantastic villa for seven weeks. Fully equipped, cozy garden and located in a quiet and nice neighbourhood at a park. Good restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. It takes 10 minutes by bus and you are in the middle of the CBD. Contact with Jan was pleasant, she is a fantastic hostess. Highly recommended for a nice and relaxing stay!

Lovely property

Jan’s lovely property was perfect for us as it was a five minute walk to our son’s house. It’s in a great position with Britannia Park just over the road and Leederville shops, bars and restaurants a few minutes walk away. The property is very welcoming, well equipped and with very comfy beds. The courtyard is real bonus. Communication with Jan was a pleasure - I felt like I knew her! All in all we loved this property and can’t wait to return next year.

Leederville

The property met our expectations, it was clean in a quiet area, however still close to cafes and shops. the bed was comfortable and plenty of kitchen crockery, cutlery and essentials. One issue is the TV needs to be upgraded to a smart TV to allow for streaming etc.
