Get comfortable in this newly built, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, side by side condo within the desert oasis that is Encanterra. The master bedroom is tastefully furnished with a kingsize bed, a 4K Smart TV, and includes a full bathroom with shower and a walk-in closet. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and TV. Each bedroom includes bed side nightstands, reading lamps, and alarm clocks. Two twin air mattresses are available for additional sleeping accommodation. The kitchen is well equipped and includes a fridge/freezer with water and ice dispenser. The living room features a 55' TV. The Direct TV satellite service provides HD DVR viewing and recording on all three TVs. WiFi Internet service is included.

Julien Lavergne and Angel Koniuck are the property owners. We live in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. We enjoy vacationing at our Encanterra home and look forward to spending our retirement winters there one day.
Why they chose this property
We had owned a home in a nearby community for 5 years. It was a lovely home but the community did not have a pool, tennis courts, or fitness facilities. In 2015, we looked at many communities in the East Valley. Nothing compared to what Encanterra had to offer. Not only does Encanterra have two resort style pools, one of which is adult only, an outdoor lap pool, an indoor pool, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, fitness facilities that include group classes, golf, and numerous activity clubs, but also amazing staff. We found our new Arizona home.
