We are located just outside the central downtown area of Wenatchee tucked into two no through streets. In our 100 year old house, you’ll have a full upstairs apartment.
We love the antique hardware on the doors and kitchen cabinets, the claw foot tub and craftsman panelling in the bathroom.

Overall the place was nice, quite spacious and kitchen was well equipped including coffee, spices and olive oil. Hosts were prompt dealing with any questions or issues (e.g. ran out of coffee). WiFi was solid.
Parking during check in was slightly tricky as the curb had not been shoveled yet, but my host came out and helped me shovel the spot.
There were no noise issues during the month I stayed (either me being too noisy or hosts being too noisy).

I’m a PNW native and the wife hails from Australia. We enjoy outdoor activities that change with the season. North Central Washington is an outdoor paradise. I also play a lot of pickleball!!
Why they chose this property
Being adjacent to downtown allows for an easy stroll to the many retail shops, galleries, pubs, coffee shops, restaurants that Wenatchee has to offer. There are also gyms, yoga and the 9 miles river loop trail that are easily accessible from our pad.
What makes this property unique
Our house is celebrating its 110th birthday in 2026!! It’s great for character and a homey feel but it does lack some of the fancy new amenities that many have come to expect and rely on.
