Casa de Sarno at 332 Park Ave. is a super fun vacation home in a simply perfect location. Situated in the Park Avenue neighborhood, several beaches are a short walk away - choose from Dyckman, Packard Park, or Oak Street Beaches. Downtown South Haven is a 10 minute stroll for dinner and shopping. Close to your home is Northside Memories with necessities, deli, and local ice cream, a water sports rental shop, the Maritime Museum, and Captain Lou's, a riverfront restaurant.

Casa de Sarno offers 3 levels of living space with room for everyone to spread out or join together.

The main level consists of a cozy front sitting room with seating for 4 and a full size sofa sleeper, a large open concept kitchen/dining/living room with sliding doors out to the deck throughout. There is also a bedroom on this level with a bed that can either serve as a twin trundle or a queen bed as well as a full bathroom with a shower.

Upstairs, you will find a master bedroom with a king bed and large windows as well as an additional large bedroom with 2 queen beds. This level also has a full bathroom with a separate shower and jetted soaking tub.

The lower level offers a large space for storing beach gear and outdoor equipment, a large family room that has a twin bed as well as a queen sleeper sofa and small air hockey and game table. There is a full bathroom on this level with a shower and also a laundry room. You can exit this level out to the yard and fire pit area as well.

The outdoor spaces are favorites for guests in the warmer seasons. On the front of the house there is a large deck with seating for at least 6. There is a side yard where you will find a fire pit with chairs as well as a non private hot/cold outdoor shower.

Located on the main level there is a large L shaped deck with a large gas grill, comfortable furniture to relax in with big cushions, and a large dining table that is protected from the rain. This deck overlooks the back wooded area where deer are regularly spotted.
