Amazing light! Quiet. Beautiful view!

The natural light here is incredible! Enjoy the peaceful calm, and the beautiful view of the Sunbrook Golf Course from the large deck! You’ll also find views of the distant hills while enjoying the perfect amount of privacy and partial shade offered by a few nearby trees. This incredible sunny deck is accessible from the living room as well as from the master bedroom suite.

This condo has 2 large bedrooms/suites and 2 full baths. The bedrooms have king-sized beds and their own attached master baths - each with dual vanities. The 2nd bedroom has a desk, chair and computer monitor for tele-working.

Several restaurants, shops and grocery stores are located nearby. Those who prefer to dine-in will find a well-stocked kitchen with all of the comforts of home, and a new BBQ Grill on the deck.

Enjoy the convenience of the in-unit washer/dryer, and the oversized single-car garage that are included with this fantastic 2nd floor (of 3) condo. Guest access to the clubhouse, indoor/outdoor pool (closed during winter) and hot tub are also included.

High Speed Internet. Access to Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Hulu, etc.

Blackrock Condos are a gated community geared toward adults. Not suitable for children.

Come stay in this sunny sanctuary, close to all the natural beauty, majestic national parks and outdoor activities that southern Utah has to offer:

The photos of the property are very accurate. We enjoyed our stay at Scott’s Condo. Very quiet. We used the place as a base camp to explore the area. If you go off road Dino’s car wash is very convenient. Would stay again. Prices very competitively.

Very pleased with how well stocked the kitchen was and how clean the living area was. Nice that the 2 rooms had king beds with onsuite. Beds are softer than what I'm use to. Unfortunately during our stay the hot tub was not working. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it. The view from the balcony was stunning. If your looking for a quiet place that has the comforts of home this is it.

Perfection location for our 3.5 month stay. So many great walks, runs and hiking out the door. Well stocked kitchen, amble room within the condo and cozy for after a long day exploring. Great getaway!

We were looking to go south and get some sunshine and this rental was the best! It has a welcoming feeling, very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. Great location for going out to dinner or for a day hike in Snow Canyon State Park and back to the balcony to watch the sun set on the golf course with your favorite beverage. Communication with owner was a breeze! We look forward to returning soon!

This unit was just as described. Light, bright, cheery and tastefully decorated. Comfortable furniture & beds. The location was great for golfing with several courses nearby. Perfect location

St George is the nicest community. Close to Zion, but the real gem was Snow Canyon. The condo was very clean and well appointed. We really enjoyed our stay and the host had great communication with us. Would def recommend this property!

We enjoyed staying in the Santa Clara area. It was a nice, quiet area with a view of the golf course, yet close to everything.. The condo was clean, comfortable and well appointed. A peaceful retreat !

We just spent two months in this lovely condo , it was very clean and well stocked with everything you need for a pleasant stay . The condo is in a gated , secure community close to many stores . We enjoyed watching the golfers go by on the patio . There are lots of walking places for early morning strolls just outside your doors. Scott is a great host and we look forward to returning to this property . We would not hesitate to recommend this property to friends .

Perfect vacation condo!!

We had a wonderful vacation at this beautiful property. The condo is immaculate with gorgeous views and easy access to all St. George has to offer. We would highly recommend staying here and would definitely rent again. The fully stocked kitchen, large bedrooms and oversized garage were perfect for our needs.
