Located in the family-friendly Sea Coast Gardens II complex, this well-equipped one-bedroom, one bath condo has direct views of the ocean and pools from the living room and bedroom. Need an extra bed for sleeping? No worries, the master bedroom closet has been converted into a sleeping nook with a twin bed.

As you enter this cozy getaway you will be welcomed with a comfy living space that combines the kitchen, dining room and living room. The fully stocked kitchen has solid wood cabinetry with clean white countertops and appliances. It has plenty of cooking essentials to create home cooked meals. Right next to the kitchen is the dining room with a table and four chairs. In the living room, a sleeper sofa and two chairs offer a nice place to relax after a fun day at the beach. The large flat-screen TV is equipped with cable, so guests can enjoy their favorite shows. Directly off the living room is a sliding glass door to the covered balcony where you can take in a beautiful sunrise, views of the beach and community pools.

Tired after a fun day in the sun, retire to the master bedroom with a comfortable king size bed, large flat-screen smart TV and plenty of dresser space for your belongings Views of the ocean can be seen right from the comfort of your pillows. A small nook with twin bed offers additional an additional sleeping space for a small child. Also, the living room couch converts into a queen sleeper, perfect for visiting guests or teens.

The nicely updated bathroom has a standard bathtub, shower with glass enclosure, vanity and large mirror. Fresh linens and towels are provided for all guests.

While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach items, and anything else you may need for the perfect vacation.

The complex was built in 1973 and has 85 units in Sea Coast Gardens II and 85 units in Sea Coast Gardens III.
