EPIC VIEWS! Newly raised and fully renovated, the Colt Beach House (formerly the Colt Cottage) is located directly on the marsh, just 2 blocks from the white sands of Hampton Beach and all that the beach front Village has to offer! Large upper deck with amazing views of Hampton Harbor! The entire interior is brand new with a full kitchen, breakfast bar, electric fireplace, interior and exterior seating, with large windows throughout that bring the views inside. Located on the family friendly cul-de-sac of Mooring Drive, with access to the waters of Hampton Harbor at the end of our road, makes it a great home away from home for kayakers and paddle boarders and children. The cul-de-sac is perfect for children so bring their big wheels, bicycles and sidewalk chalk! We know your family will love this home as much as we do!

Great Homey Place

Overall impression of the property is good, the property is well maintained, plenty of room for everyone. We've stayed here 2 years in a row and love the location. It is on the marsh side, so obviously on a dead-end street, which is good for the grandchildren. Quiet neighborhood.

Hampton Beach week

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy cottage. There was 8 of us, 4 kiddos under 8. The layout is great and we never felt on top of each other. Even on our 1 rainy day. The kitchen was fully stocked and we had everything we needed. Deborah was great with communicating and answering all of my questions prior to our stay!

Lovely home. Plenty of space and more than adequate sleeping arrangements. Thought the furniture was a little sparse, end tables in bedrooms maybe with lamp for reading. Would have appreciated a hose outside to rinse after beach.

My family and I are always happy to spend our week at this property. One complaint this year was the TV service was down graded making it impossible to watch the Red Sox. (I’m a Hugh fan).

We had a great week! Perfect location and comfortable house. Our only issue was the cleanliness! The contract stated no pets, but the abundance of black dog hair was OVER THE TOP! Not sure if a family rented it before us and brought their dog. The house was also not cleaned. Not sure if the owners are aware but their cleaning company that they used is not doing their job!!! Floors were not swept, cob webs all over the windows & we found soiled sheets on the pull out couch. I cleaned the house myself and this house definitely was not cleaned right! We really love the house and would love to rent again next year, but thought you should know that the cleaning company you are using is not doing their job!

Great Place

We stayed at the Colt cottage for our family vacation, even with three generations, including a 14 month old, we had plenty of room. We were surprised by how baby friendly the cottage was with a fenced in back yard and a quiet culdesac, it was perfect for kids. The view from the back living room and yard is breathtaking, especially when the tide comes in. We were very pleased with the clean, modern decor. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again.

Great newly updated beautiful rental property

Bright cheerful beautiful rental property located on a dead end street. We rented paddle boards and a kayak for even more fun. Enjoyed our week in this gem!

Location is everything at Hampton Beach! This property is close to the action but located in a lovely neighborhood just 2 blocks away. The epic views are unique and make spending time at the house as enjoyable as hanging on the beach or boardwalk.

What makes this property unique

Located waterfront on the marsh the views are spectacular, with plenty of parking for your family. You will sit on the upper deck and enjoy watching the boats in the harbor and listening to the music of the area as you cook in the brand-new kitchen. The large built in gas fireplace in the Livingroom make evenings in a dream. If you're looking to relax, you are in the right place. Wake up and walk around the house to check out what is happening outside with the newly installed large windows throughout. Close to the action but far enough away to enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
