Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 4 bedroom 3 bath, 1694 sf. end unit condo. Just steps away from the front door is the bus stop to catch a free shuttle ride to either Canyon Lodge or Eagle Lodge. The shuttles run every 20 minutes during ski season, so no need to drive to lifts during your stay. The master bedroom has a king-sized log bed and private newly remodeled bathroom . The second bedroom sleeps 4 with two bunk beds (4 twin beds) and a 3rd bedroom on the 1st floor has a queen bed. There is a full bathroom just outside the 2nd & 3rd bedrooms. Upstairs, the 4th bedroom has a king bed and is adjacent to the newly updated half bath. The spacious living room is furnished with a new extra-large leather couch and 2 new swivel reclining chairs. A great space to read, play games or relax watching the 65" smart TV and entertainment center. The dining space has a large, reclaimed wood table with seating for 10. The newly remodeled kitchen is equipped with a new fridge, stove/range, and everything needed to cook a dinner for a large group. Each bedroom has an electric heater, and the common area is heated by a charming wood burning stove (wood included). The property is just minutes away from all of the best attractions Mammoth has to offer, and guests are sure to are sure to enjoy having the whole place to themselves.

Great stay overall. The owner was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early, which made the trip much easier. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process—quick responses and very helpful. The place itself was clean, comfortable, and in a great location close to the mountain, making it super convenient for getting out to ski. Would definitely stay here again.
It was a great location, right by Lake Mary Road, and walking distance to Twin Falls, and less than 4 miles to Lake Mary basin.The unit itself is well-maintained and roomy for up to 10 guests. A big plus for us is its pet-friendly (with 2 large plushy beds and clean pet bowls for feeding) accommodation.We checked in clean and checked out leaving the unit clean as we found it. Owner, Greg, was friendly and responsive to all our questions. The third car parking is right behind the complex, along Lake Mary Road trail, a few hundred meters convenient from the end-unit.Great stay!
The place was clean and upgraded. Host was responsive. Excellent access to the mountain (Yellow line to Eagle was right outside the door). Parking is essentially right outside the door.

House was fully equipped from the kitchen to the rooms. The house was clean and had entertainment like board games to WiFi. We all loved the condo. We will definitely stay there again. The host was very attentive and gave us and our family a good stay.
Greg did an excellent job being responsive with inquires and answering all questions promptly. Bonus points bus pick up is directly out in front of condo. The condo comfortably accommodates 8 with a decent layout. Kitchen is remodeled, however it was stocked very lightly and pots and pans need to be replaced so come prepared if expecting to cook large meals. The rest of the condo is modest and clean, but could use some updating.
We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean and well-maintained. The newly remodeled kitchen was beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay. The kids especially loved the bunk beds and had a great time. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience — we’d definitely stay here again!
Great kitchen to use. Easy for a large group. Nice family room with fireplace and large TV. Easy to care for our pets (3 dogs). The host was great to work with.

Enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for our family of 8. However, we did have a few issues.Not enough towels provided and not enough toilet paper. Washer and dryer are provided. While drying our clothes, the dryer started smoking. So we could not use the dryer our entire stay.In addition, we had about six outlets downstairs that did not work. A breaker was tripped, but could not be reset.Few touchups are needed to the place.We did enjoy the remodeled kitchen. However, every pan was very scratched up.

We called an electrician who fixed the outlets. They also fixed the dryer. We brought up new cooking knives this week and will also work on replacing the pots and pans.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and this lovely, clean condo in Mammoth. The host was very communicative and was sure to check in and make sure all was well and offer suggestions for local hotspots, etc. We will definitely recommend this place and stay here again!
The property was in close proximity to the village, making it an easy walk. The actual unit was very clean, had all amenities that you could want and need, and the host Greg was awesome. He was great with communication and made sure that everything was going well. I highly recommend this property!
just as pictured, very comfortable and clean, would stay again. Staircase is a bit dangerous for kids as one side has no wall/railing, but host was very gracious about ensuring there was a working baby gate available.
Super easy check in. Perfect location. Lots of space. The kitchen was large and has pretty much everything we needed (a few things need maintenance ) but host was great and communicative.
