Welcome to Paradise Getaway a Beautiful 3 Bedroom 3 Bathroom Condo at Bella Piazza in Davenport Florida.
Just a short drive to Disney World and walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants! Condo is situated on the third floor, just steps from the many amenities such as heated community pools, kids splash pool, hot tub, fitness room, clubhouse and business center.

This fully furnished condo features a luxurious kitchen with granite counter tops and 42 inch cherry cabinets. There is also a
full size fridge, range, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, toaster and includes all the cookware and dishes needed to enjoy a nice meal. Seating for 4 guests at the dinning table plus 2 additional at the breakfast bar. In the living room relax on the comfortable sofa and enjoy your favorite TV shows or movie. Head outside to the East facing private balcony and enjoy the Florida Sunrise with your cup of coffee.

Bedroom#1 - Master bedroom with a King size bed, flat screen cable tv, private bathroom with tile shower and separate garden tub.
Bedroom#2 - Queen size bed, flat screen cable tv, private bathroom with tub/shower combo.

Beautiful place, very cozy and very confortable. Spacious rooms and very clean, excellent place to stay with my children, it is well located with a walking distance to shops, pharmacy, gas station. We liked our stay there, the apartment has everything we need to enjoy our vacation.

The property was as expected. Several issues with spiders but that was more about location than cleanliness. The owner had bug spray available. It’s Florida and it was hot so that was to be expected.

Nice condo for adults and great proximity to DisneyWorld

It was nice to have a condo that had full size beds for all of us. It is located within a great driving distance to DisneyWorld with several back road options to avoid traffic. If you are also going to Universal, note that the drive there has much more traffic and plan accordingly! Upon our arrival the condo was clean and ready for our weeklong stay. It was nice that all of us had our own bedrooms and bathrooms as well.

Pasamos 6 días hospedados en este espectacular departamento. Esta totalmente equipado, todo de primera e impecable. Realmente el tener un departamento totalmente amoblado y con cocina nos permitió pasar una estancia como en casa. El condominio tiene muy buenas instalación y de un ambiente tipo europeo. Cuenta con una piscina y algunos otros entrenimientos. La ubicación es la mejor tiene un Publix a pocos metros, restaurants, farmacia, etc. La distancia a los parques es muy corta. Para nosotros que fuimos 2 adultos con 2 niños fue de lo mejor, las habitaciones muy amplias y cada una con su propio baño. Definitivamente lo voveremos a rentar para nuestra próxima visita a Orlando. Muchas gracias por todo y felicitaciones por el servicio y el apartamento.

The place was as pictured. I was worried before I got there because I had questions and asked through the VRBO app but didnt get proper communication back. The number listed did not work so I was very worried before I got to Orlando. I called the company number directly and spoke with someone who then sent me the documents I needed to sign. I expected it to be an automatic email sent without me having to reach out. The lady I spoke with helped me. Other than that, the stay was nice and clean.
