New on the rental market, this 2 bedroom 2 bathroom south facing apartment decorated to high standards, has AIRCONDITIONING and is perfect for all types of holidays in Spain, golf, beach, family or even just a quiet holiday, this home offers it all. The apartment comprises of a very large living room seating 6 with flatscreen TV and the full UK program package plus free WIFI. From the living room you can reach the spacious balcony with beautiful views over the wooded area by the apartment, simply a peaceful and relaxing view. There is a massive American style fully fitted kitchen with all the mod cons. The master bedroom has a large double bed and ensuite shower room as well built in wardrobes. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds plus built in wardrobes. There is a large family bathroom also. All in all it is easy to understand why this is the perfect holiday home.

The apartment is only a 10 minute walk to the Los Dolses commercial centre with bars and restaurants as well a grocery store and a bank. There is a wide choice from breakfast eateries to Indian and Chinese and more. There is also the famous Villamartin Plaza just few further few minutes away with a large choice of restaurants from the local kebab shop to 5 star dining with a wide range of pubs to choose from and entertainment for the kids during the summer months. As well during the summer the Plaza puts on entertainment in the central plaza so simply sit on your balcony and watch. Just a perfect place to be.

The surrounding area features golf galore with the Campo de Golf Villamartin just a 2 minute drive away and many others such as Las Rambles and Campoamor Golf Course. The La Zenia beach is also just a few minutes drive as well plus several others should you choose. If not the beach you can spend a day or two in the largest shopping mall in Europe, Zenia Blvd just a few minutes drive away. You will find all of the high street shops from Zara to Primark! A Hiper market grocery store and Casino as well.

The location of this apartment makes it the perfect holiday retreat. You can see why this is such a perfect location for any holiday rental in Spain or the Costa Blanca, food, fun and sand, what else would you want on your holiday. There is so much to offer you will not even need to hire a car.

As with all In The Sun Holiday apartments, a starter welcome pack is included with coffee, tea, milk, water, juice and Sangria to start the holiday right!

Lovely modern bright apartment

Very nice apartment - all the facilities you need Modern, bright and spacious. A little to far from the main town to walk, but villamartin isn’t huge so it’s only 2 mins in the car. Was checked in and out by Graham and booking and questions were answered by Casey They were brilliant - I would def recommend using them. They are clearly very knowledgeable on all things villamartin. Made for a really nice stay We be using them again for sure !

Los Dolcis apartment

On the first day we discovered an infestation of ants in the master bedroom, en-suite, living area and kitchen. To find ants crawling all over the bedding was not nice to say the least. We had to wash the bedding and while doing to discovered the mattress protector was covered in stains. Please renew this you can buy on from Primark for 8 euros. We bought materials to get rid of the ants. This is something your cleaner should be looking out for. We had to pay 70 euros for cleaning and ended up having to clean the apartment before we could start our holiday. Once the ant problem was resolved we had a great stay at the apartment.

Llegamos al apartamento y nos llevamos una sorpresa... El apartamento estaba muy sucio hasta el punto de encontrar un calcetín sucio de los anteriores huéspedes detrás de una cortina... Y ya no comento la suciedad del suelo, las aspas de los ventiladores llenos de polvo ...y no acabaría nunca de todo lo que había sucio. El propietario ha pasado de nosotros en cuanto se lo hemos comentado por el whatsap. No nos parece bien pagar 70€ de limpieza y que esté todo lleno de suciedad. Es una pena, pero no volveremos más a este sitio. y que creíamos que nos tenía que dinero d

Heel mooi appartement en omgeving,goed gelegen in nabijheid van horecazaken.wel betere opvolging noodzakelijk naar het proper aanbieden van deze woning want ons leek het dat deze zeker vier maand niet gereinigd was.we vonden naar veel stof ook een paar oorringen in de zitbank en nog een fopspeen van een baby.je kan ons niet wijsmaken dat hier ook maar enige moeite was gedaan om dit pand op een fatsoenlijke manier aan te bieden.misschien verantwoordelijkheid van de keyholder?

God lejlighed godt indrettet

Lejligheden svarede i det store og hele til annoncen. Lejligheden er godt indrettet. Beliggenheden er fin i et stille, roligt og pænt kvarter, med en dejlig altan med god udsigt. Muligheder for indkøb og restaurantbesøg i gå afstand. Det er dog et minus at køkkenets indhold af skarpe knive, porcelæn og glas ikke helt svarer til dansk standard. Sofaerne er misfarvede og skånemadrassen er plettet nærmest Ulækker. Skabene under vasken i køkkenet og på badeværelset trænger til rengøring. Men alt i alt får lejligheden vores anbefaling Mvh Annie schnoor
