Your spacious sanctuary has 2 bedrooms with King beds and 2 bedrooms with Queen beds, one of those King beds is downstairs with a full bath, for those who don't like stairs or the elderly. The Las Vegas strip is only a $20 uber or 9 min. away. Strip View.

Home features an above ground XL Swimspa (Hottub) for 6-8 ppl heated all year round. No inground pool, we have swimspa but as big as a pool.

This rental is perfect for couples/families/conventioneers. We want people to come RELAX and use our home as a place to unwind after visiting the strip.

NO Parties/No Events/No Gatherings/No Locals! Quiet time 10pm-10am - NO exceptions enforced by the City of Henderson. Violators will be evicted with No refunds.

Located on the border of Las Vegas and Henderson with easy freeway access to the 215 fwy from Windmill Rd. This two-story home has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

#1 - Masters' bedroom has a king-sized bed memory foam bed, a futon, and a 50" smart uhdtv with a fabulous view of the Strip! Masters' bedroom has a on suite rustic bathroom with an oversized tub and walk in closet.
#2 - Guest bedroom upstairs - queen bed memory foam mattress w/ 32" smart tv.
#3 - Guest bedroom upstairs - queen bed with 40" smart tv.
#4 - Guest Bedroom downstairs - King bed brand new memory foam mattress.

3 Outdoor surveillance cameras and 1 in garage installed to monitor safety and integrity of our guests. We monitor how many guests come in. 10p-10am Quiet time. Pls keep outside noise to a hush during these times. No outside music allowed.

Swimspa/Hot tub is always heated and now available for use from 10am-10pm only, per City Ordinance. Pls be careful if you have kids spa is deep about 5ft when filled with water, no children allowed without adult supervision in spa. Tutorial for swimspa will be sent after booking or scan QR code in house manual. From a gentle flow to a powerful river current, create your own workout environment and swim laps without turns. Or just relax in the jetted hot tub. Capacity 6-8 adults.

We are a registered STR w/ a certified host which means we have higher standards & make your vacation a priority.

We live in the neighborhood and will be minutes away if you need anything.

Self Check-In = We have a key pad and will set a private access code just for you. It will become active starting at the time of your check in. ( 4pm ).

Check-Out time is 11am no exceptions unless previously arranged by host. extra fees apply for late check-out.

A garage remote will be given at upon check-in pls park inside garage or in driveway, lost remote will incur a $50 fee.

31 days or more - will need to sign a rental agreement and send a copy of ID.

NO LOCALS- Las Vegas Residents. We have had bad experiences with locals hosting parties so we are no longer renting to locals.

No Pets allowed.

The property has a noise monitor inside and outside the home. There are security cameras on the outside of the home to ensure only registered guests stay on property.

Poolman and gardener comes once a week and let themselves in the yard no need to do anything, days may differ.
