Welcome to Villa Melima!

Located in an attractive neighborhood in SW Cape Coral on one of the popular 8 Lakes, Villa Melima offers not only Gulf access but also serene views across the lake. Nothing spells "Florida lifestyle" more than relaxing by the pool while taking in beautiful water views. The home features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a very well equipped kitchen, spacious living room, dining room overlooking the pool area, and game room with foosball table. Stylishly furnished and decorated, the home provides a modern and inviting atmosphere.

The inviting pool area was remodeled in Nov 2024 and now includes an electrically heated pool, separate spa, and huge screen fields in the pool cage allowing full appreciation of the amazing water view. The covered patio has a dining table for six and a Weber gas grill. There is a new sundeck with plenty of space to set up the lounge chairs for some relaxing hours by the pool. You can also use the boat dock for sunbathing purposes.

Please note: The rental rate is based on the number of guests. The basic rent only covers two guests.The fully refundable security deposit of $300 will be charged together with the balance payment. The electric fee is not included and will be charged at departure based on usage at $0.15 / kWh.

Villa Melima befindet sich in einer attraktiven Nachbarschaft im Suedwesten Cape Corals an einem der populaeren 8 Lakes und bietet dadurch nicht nur Zugang zum Golf von Mexiko, sondern auch malerische Blicke ueber den See. Nichts sagt "Florida Lifestyle" mehr als sich am Pool enstpannen und den schoenen Blick aufs Wasser auf sich einwirken zu lassen. Das Haus bietet 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Baeder plus Gaeste WC, eine sehr gut ausgestattete Kueche, grosses Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer mit Blick auf den Poolbereich, und ein Spielzimmer mit Tischfussball. Moderne Moebel und Dekor verleihen dem Haus eine stilvolle und einladene Note.

Der grosszuegige Poolbereich wurde im Nov 2024 umgebaut und umfasst nun einen elektrisch beheizbaren Pool, separaten Spa sowie riesige Panoramafelder im Poolkaefig, die den fabelhaften Blick aufs Wasser freigeben. Auf der ueberdachten Terrasse befindet sich ein Esstisch fuer sechs Gaeste und ein Weber Gasgrill. Das neu geschaffene Sonnendeck bietet viel Platz, um die Liegestuehle aufzustellen und geruhsame Stunden am Pool zu verbringen. Auch das Bootsdock eignet sich bestens zum Sonnenbaden.

Bitte beachten: Der Mietbetrag richtet sich nach der Anzahl der Gaste. Die Basismiete gilt nur fur zwei Gaeste. Die Kaution in Hoehe von $300 wird zusammen mit der Restzahlung berechnet und ist voll erstattbar. Die Stromkosten sind nicht im Preis inbegriffen und werden bei Abreise nach Verbrauch mit $0.15 / kWh kalkuliert.
