If you are looking for space, resort style living and location around green mountains, fresh cold air breeze, this is the perfect house for your Family Reunion, Wedding Destination, Corporate, Groups, Teams, Medical Treatments, Couples in the capital- south San Juan. Trujillo Alto. 3,000 square feet house has 5 huge bedrooms, 3 baths, panoramic view in the back of conservation area, parking for 5 cars, balcony, ceiling fans, and consoles air condition in every bedroom, great cross ventilation, 3 burn BBQ, kitchen , and other nice spaces to be relax, working, enjoy at the house. laundry dryer-washer FREE OF USE, nice stove (electric), refrigerator, shower heater, linens, towels, kitchen things, etc.

The house has a lot of beds, and easily can sleep up to 35 persons. We have smart TV and wiffi.

The place is near everything, malls (5 min), Mall of San Juan at 7 miles, fast foods, beaches (15 min or 8 mile), casinos, hotels, airport. Trujillo Alto Puerto Rico 00976 south San Juan Trujillo 181 expressway.

Vacation Rental Amenities: US CITIZENS, SO NO PASSPORT need in PR. panoramic view in the backyard with sunset balcony, near main expressways. we accept pets inside the house also smoking outside the house. If you have a special request let us know, we might be able to provide it.

Activities and Attractions: All water sports at 15 minutes beach by car, horse riding, tourist places, 25 minutes to old San Juan forts, museums, local and international gastronomic restaurants, night life, huge theaters, biking, snorkeling/diving, bowling, mountain adventures, golf courses, shopping malls like Plaza Las Americas (biggest in all the Caribbean) 15 minute drive, tennis courts etc..

The rates are for three nights minimum stay, but we do exceptions for ONE night with groups that comes from the CRUISE LINES and want to know about Old San Juan and our culture too. Additional persons are $25 per person per night. ALSO IF YOU HAVE A BUDGET LET US KNOW TO SEE WHAT I CAN DO TO SATISFY YOUR STAY. Nightmare disaster

The place was dirty with roaches had no oven and the furniture was old and uncomfortable the showers had no hot water and wired were some can get electrocuted very hazardous the location was bad had a very hard time finding it and the property owner was not helpful did not accommodate we had to purchase cleaning supplies in order to clean the place up and was not able to cook because we had no oven n stove didn’t work properly it was not a good experience at all will not ever rent this location again called owner several times because we also lost power n he couldn’t even supply candles for us never again this place was the worst ever

Wasn’t happy with my stay at the house.

I had a bad experience renting this home. The house had a mold smell, coffee pot wasn’t cleaned and formed mold in the filter, the bathroom light fixture was inoperable no hot water, one of the bedrooms beds were on the floor, light fixture in the master bed was broke, the refrigerator wasn’t clean, wasn’t able to watch tv the whole stay, large spiders were inside, a frog was discovered in the bathroom, dryer squeaked for the duration of the timer. The overview of the house was not to our satisfaction. The picture on the website wasn’t the actual house that was rented to us. Updated pics need to be placed up of the outside of the home. Some of the money should be reimbursed due to the experience we endured during our stay.

Beautiful home for a large group

This house was so beautiful and was clean and ready for our arrival. It is quite a drive to the city of San Juan and to the beach (about 30 mins) but if you have a vehicle it’s not too bad. We were only provided with a couple of trash bags and a few rolls of toilet paper which was a bit irritating considering the fact that we had 15 people there for a week. However if you have a large group traveling to Puerto Rico, I recommend this home. The host was very communicative and kind and overall we had an amazing stay!

Beautiful home for large groups

This home is truly amazing. It’s located in a residential area which is about 20mins to San Juan. (The location was the only down fall especially with PR having a 10pm curfew. Call Mr. Rodriguez for ANY transportation needs +1 787-900-2993) If you have a large group this house is for you. Super spacious, lots of beds, large windows, just beautiful!!! Uber is very easy to order from this location! Groceries, liquor, food, bandaids, you name it! Uber will take care of all of that which was dope because we didn’t want to keep going back and forth. The Hosts communicated very well with us each step of the way and I appreciated that a lot.

Just sleep here

The managers were sweet , until we got to the location it’s about 30 mins from every attraction . If you don’t rent a car the Uber drivers will tell you “you won’t find a ride” the over all home was beautiful , HOWEVER . They put trash out a and had a trash full of magets as soon as you come into the home . There was BLOOD on the wall . Mosquitos everywhere inside the home . I informed the manager of everything . He had someone to come out and clean it still not sanitary . The shower you can’t move because it will shock you . One side of the house lights electricity went out . So we just slept there .
