The Space:
This charming 1,555 sqft North End Newburyport home expands throughout three floors, offers spacious indoor and outdoor living spaces and comfortably sleeps 8 adults in 5 beds. There is also a children's pack 'n play/crib for guests to use.

The first floor features an open floor plan, a living room with a two-sided gas fireplace attaching to the dining area and a large kitchen that is perfect for several cooks and group dinners. The private fenced-in outdoor patio offer extra space for socializing and relaxing. Easy access to I-95, I-495 and the commuter train to Boston which is just 38 miles away.

The second floor has 3 large bedrooms (queen bed, queen bed and 2 twin beds) and a full bathroom.

The third floor is the master suite with a full bathroom and private roof top deck.

WiFi is strong throughout the property, there is a washer and dryer in the basement, a wealth of outdoor living space, central AC and heat and free on-street parking. An abundance of natural light shines in on all floors and the spacious family room and kitchen makes this rental comfortable for all guests.

Clean linens and towels are provided for all guests.

There are 2 bikes and helmets in the basement - there’s no guarantee that these will be available for use during the stay. (All guests who use bikes, do so at their own risk. Homeowner and property manager is not liable for any bike issues)

The property is only a few steps to downtown, Cashman Park, the walking Rail Trail, Merrimack River, waterfront boardwalk, children’s playground, public boat landing, restaurants, bars, and all of Newburyport’s top attractions. Plum Island is only 4 miles away where you’ll find the Parker River Wildlife Refuge and miles of beautiful sandy beach or enjoy Maudsley State Park, only 3 miles away, with its great hiking and cycling trails. Newburyport/Plum Island is world-famous as a “natural history” destination. Recognized as one of the nation’s finest birdwatching areas, birders and nature enthusiasts from around the world come to this area. There are whale watch cruises with Newburyport Whale Watch, deep-sea fishing boats, evening party boats, public docks, sunset cruises, and harbor tours. Numerous yacht clubs and marinas are within a short distance of downtown.

FYI - We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property (front door) facing the outside of our entrance. This is not monitored but does record. We also have a Minut noise monitor system located inside the property in the kitchen/living room. This is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, it does not record anything, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances in a timely manner to ensure quiet hours are being obeyed and to ensure that all neighbors are being respected. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. These are to keep all guests safe and to keep the property secure. Thanks for understanding!
