Papamoa Beach AIMS or Summer Holiday accommodation
Situated at the end of a cul-de-sac on a quiet street, our home is perfect for a sports team or group for AIMS Games; or a family wanting a getaway beach house for xmas / new years, summer or the long weekend!
Our home has everything you'll need for that perfect summer stay: Outdoor deck for BBQ's & drinks, space for the kids to play outside, Ping pong table, bikes, a SUP, lawn games, & paddling pool for toddlers.
5 minute walk away is the Waterford Downs Reserve and playground.
10 minute walk away is the Goodholme Pub / Restaurant, a Fresh Choice supermarket and the Pearl Kitchen Cafe & Eatery.
Our house is a 5 minute drive to Bayfair Shopping Mall in one direction or Papamoa Plaza & Fashion Island in the other direction.
Mt Maunganui & Main Beach is roughly 15 minute drive & Tauranga CBD is approximately 20 minute drive away.
Our house is 2 minutes away from the start of the 6km long Wairakei reserve which is great for walks and bike rides.
The Space:
Our family home has 2 large bedrooms, a nursery or 3rd bedroom and a carpeted double garage / rumpus room.
The lounge is massive with a high ceiling and a comfy couch which acts as another bed if needed.
FOR AIMS GAMES GROUPS ONLY - We can accommodate up to 14 people.
Our double garage will act as a sleep-out for the kids. We can provide 6 mattresses to lay down in the garage and you can bring your own if more are required.
This means the adults/supervisors will have their own bedrooms & kids are in a spacious, separate sleeping area.
AIMS GAMES - 5 minute drive to TrustPower Arena (avoiding the main highway, so no traffic).
13 minute drive (without traffic) to Blake Park
There is even a bare section across the road for the kids to safely run wild close to home.

Calvin & Lucy are a young, happily married couple who are eager to share their dream home with others wanting to live it up by the beach (even if only temporarily).
Originally from Whakatane & Gisborne, they have traveled extensively & stayed in many other homes over the years so they now look forward to hosting others who are on holiday or travelling for either for sport or holiday.

Our house ideal for an AIMS Games accommodation because of it's location and accessibility to Trust Power Arena and other games facilities.
We also offer a clean, tidy and spacious house that is close to the beach and has separated sleeping quarters for adults and children. That way the kids can sleep wharenui style in the double garage and the adults can sleep in beds in separate rooms and enjoy a good nights sleep. There is also plenty of room outside and games in the garage to keep them busy and out of your hair when cooking dinner, etc.
