We were really happy with this stay! The house was clean and well maintained, and everything was as described. For the Cape in July/August, it's a great alternative to really expensive properties, and we enjoyed it a lot!
Great summer rental. Everything was exactly as described. Spotless on arrival. Had a small problem first day and it was taken care of next morning. I would recommend and stay at this cottage again.
The cottage was clean and quiet, in a nicely wooded cul-de-sac. My wife and I were there for a weekend in early May, and, aside from the cold Cape weather, it was a perfect spot for a getaway.
More than we needed for just a couple, kitchen small but serviceable. Parking right at front door was convenient. Beds very comfortable. Good location but neighborhood streets are so narrow we did not dare walk or bike with our driving elsewhere to do so. Outdoor shower is cool.
This property is beautiful, and clean. The layout is very comfortable for four adults. The neighborhood is beautiful and well located. VRBO was great and communicative. My only complaint is the cleaning fee that I feel is prohibitive for the size of the property. That is the reason for the 4 stars.

Del Mar Vacations - Orleans, MA
Pros: quiet neighborhood, short ride to Nauset Beach, comfortable beds and living room chairs, lots of well-lit areas for reading, clean and plenty of room.
Cons (based on us seniors): bathtub way too deep, three steps up and down from kitchen to the rest of the cottage, very uneven floor.
Over all, while we had a great week, we wouldn't rent this cottage again because of our advanced arthritis. This would be perfectly fine for younger visitors.
This was a comfortable charming cottage in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. Easy to go for long walks in the neighborhood. Neighbors we met were friendly. Orleans is central to about anything one wants to do on Cape Cod. Come with anything you need for your stay as far as soaps, etc. as none are provided aside from dish soap and hand soap. The cottage worked for us but would not be if someone has limited mobility.
We enjoyed this rental, though as accurately noted in the description it is quite small, particularly the kitchen (and I wish I had noted the absence of a dishwasher in advance). It was a good size for our family of 3 but I'm glad we didn't have more people with us. The outdoor space is lovely, and we used that a lot. The check in process, follow up, and overall communications with the property managers were excellent and smooth.
Perfect little affordable home in an excellent area.
Nothing fancy, but has everything you need. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. Very responsive property management team. Stairs from kitchen to living room so not the best option if you have someone with mobility issues.
