Casa Maria - Waterfront Home with two Master Suites

Casa Maria is located in the heart of SW Cape Coral. A quiet upscale neighborhood of newer built homes surrounds this large vacation rental property. 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms newly furnished and decorated in November of 2017. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bedrooms are equipped with very comfortable mattresses and all necessary items needed for a great vacation. The pool area features a basin view and is located on a gulf access canal. The swimming pool and hot tub are electrically heated and can be used year round.
Casa Maria liegt im SW von Cape Coral an einem Gulf Access Kanal sowie einer gehobenen und ruhigen Nachbarschaft. Das Haus wurde im November 2017 von Grund auf renoviert und mit ganz neuen Moebeln versehen. Architektonisch ist das Haus mit einem Ziegeldach ausgestattet, die Einfahrt sowie die Terrasse sind geschmackvoll mit Pflastersteinen belegt worden. Die 4 Schlafzimmer, sowie 3 Baeder bieten alles was ein Feriengast im Urlaub benoetigt. Das Ferienhaus Casa Maria ist fuer 8 Personen ausgelegt. Ein elektrisch beheizter Swimmingpool und Whirlpool stehen Ihnen zur Verfuegung und ermoeglichen es, dass man das ganze Jahr schwimmen gehen kann. Geniessen Sie den Blick auf die Kanalbucht hinter dem Haus sowie die Moeglichkeit mit dem Boot auf das offene Meer zu fahren.

Stay here!

Perfect accommodations for multi-generational family vacation or friends. Great outdoor entertaining space, beautiful views. Centrally located near Sanibel, Ft. Myers, Pine Island; and not too far from Marco. We will stay here again!

Cape Coral Trip

Three week trip to this part of Floriida. Very nice weather in a very comfortable home and great pool. Tried to rebook for 2025 but it was taken!

The home was beautiful and the view was unbeatable. We were able to rent kayaks and navigate through the canals which was a lot of fun. We were close to great restaurants and activities. The dryer didn’t function properly, and one shower leaked into the hallway which posed a risk of slipping. Otherwise, we had a great trip! The team was very helpful and kind. Prior to booking we were told the pool would be set to 86, but upon arrival learned that it was outdoor temperature dependent. We chose a more expensive property for the pool, so this was a frustration. We would have appreciated that transparency upon our initial inquiry. Otherwise, the team was responsive and supportive.
