Beautiful quiet and peaceful. We are a family of 8 and everything met our needs from sleeping arrangements to kitchen utensils and seating. The yard was large enough for the kids to play catch with the football. Neighbors were friendly. Very close to walking trail, food, stores and the venue we attended for archery tournament. Everything was within 20min of the house. No troubles checking in or out. We highly recommend this property.

Lovely Stay
This spot was perfect for our stay. The rooms and accommodations were well kept and clean. The location was great for where we spent our time. My family and I very much enjoyed this house!
We were in town to coach at a soccer tournament. Needed a nice quiet place to stay. I highly recommend staying here. The communication was fantastic. The hosts provided wonderful directions and information. Check-in was easy. The home is beautiful and comfortable. It was very clean and comfortable. In a wonderfully quiet neighborhood. The home also had everything we needed to cook and stay for four days. I highly recommend staying here and hopefully we will be back.
We had a great stay in a great location. The farm animals where a plus and the dock was great. The only thing missing was a BBQ for guests to use.

Thank you Jon! We agree a BBQ would be a definite bonus for the outdoor living area on the deck. We will definitely put it on our list of items to add for our owner. We are so glad you felt the Modern Farmhouse Living of the Knickerbocker in Draper was just what you enjoyed. We would be happy to have you come again! iTrip Vacations SLC
It was a comfortable, clean house with enough space for sleeping, visiting together, and accommodating our needs.

Enjoyed all the winter events including snowboarding/skiing and sledding at Brighton; tubing and Ice Castles at Soldier Hollow; a sleigh ride at Wolf Creek; and a couple trips to Crystal Hot Springs. This house was located close to all these activities and large enough to accommodate our whole family.

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Knickerbocker! Great location with easy access to restaurants, groceries and other activities. Awesome proximity to the mountains! The beds were comfortable, and loved the main couch for movie night and chatting with friends. We had a great time and definitely would love to boook again!
Thank you David. We love the "Farm" feel of our home as well. Our neighbors have horses and chickens for guests to enjoy. It gives you a feeling of being away while being centrally located as well to all the conveniences of modern life. Wishing you and yours all the best!
Very close to eating places and ski resorts. Host was very responsive to help me getting a screaming app loaded on the smart TV so I could watch local/ national news and college basketball conference playoff games at night
We had a very relaxed and easy stay at the Knickerbocker. The house was clean, and the kitchen had all the tools we needed. The ad was accurate, and everything went smoothly for us. We would 100% come stay at the same spot next time we visit Draper.
We were very comfortable here. The property manager was great to work with and resolve any issues we had. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed taking walks around the neighborhood and along the Draper trails. We also enjoyed doing hikes nearby in the canyons. We stayed for two weeks and really felt at home.

We are so glad you were able to enjoy your time with us! Taking advantage of the trails and getting outside during this time is super important - glad you could enjoy your surroundings!
A few friends and I stayed here for a ski trip to the Cottonwoods over a long weekend. The house was perfect for our needs — lots of bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and parking. Communication with Jeff was very good and he brought us a few items that were either broken or missing during our stay. I'd recommend the house to anyone staying in SLC

Liked: Check-in, communication
Disliked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy
Where to even start...-Sporadic hot water access in kitchen sink-Poorly equipped kitchen (only can opener was broken)-Dishwasher not secured and tipped dishes out when loading both racks-Flooring and appliances are cheap and in poor shape-Both toilets either sticking, running, or not flushing. Cheap, damaged flooring and tile, holes in walls. -Fireplace (the central and primary feature of the property) doesn't work. It's printed in the check-in folder, after you arrive, which feels like a bait/switch.-Property is located directly facing a busy road with significant traffic noise day and night. - Poor visibility backing out of the driveway into traffic is dangerous and anxiety-inducing.-Property is flanked by a large, barking dog on one side and noisy chickensturkeys on the other. -Deck and yard are in poor shape-Trees brush against upstairs bedroom windows anytime the wind blows. -It snowed while we were there and there was no way to clear it from the walkways, so the path from the door to the driveway became icy and treacherous. Overall a miserable experience.
Beautiful and clean property, kitchen ready for cooking, and roomy bedrooms. It also has nice large well lit living room with a large dining table. Check in was easy and it was perfect for our group! One thing to be aware of, the bottom wooden step leading to the property from the driveway is uneven, step carefully. We would definitely stay here again!
