Fully updated 2 bedroom/1 bathroom unit in the heart of 30A! Situated in the gated community of Seagrove Highlands this community boasts (2) 4 story buildings with a total of 80 units, private pool and golf cart parking & charging stations. 5-8 minute walk to the beach. Beach access DIRECTLY across 30A from our street. *2 adult bikes included with rental*

Inside the ground floor unit you will find travertine tile floors in the kitchen, bathroom and main living area, granite countertops, a full kitchen upgraded with stainless steel appliances, dining table & living room with a sleeper sofa. In the bathroom you will find a newly updated fully tile shower.

Kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils & dishes! Bath linens provided. There is also a stack washer/dryer in the unit.

The large master bedroom includes a King size bed, small couch, dresser, television, small walk in closet and connects to the bathroom.

The second bedroom includes a Queen size bed accompanied by a full size loft bed, also with a closet.

This condo is perfectly located and is walking distance to lots of retail shopping & dining. Just a short bike ride to Watersound, Seaside, Alys Beach & more. I am confident that you will find exactly what you’re looking for & you won’t regret staying here!

Great Spring Break

Owner was super responsive and very helpful. Property is in a great spot for a quick walk to the beach or even down to Seaside. Bikes available for the kids was a huge plus. Was a great stay!

Great property manager and great location

The property manager was great! She responded very quickly to any questions. This was a convenient to the beach access, pool, and gas station. The only place we had to drive was to get food. I would definitely recommend this rental!

This was our first time in a VRBO, and I’ll just say we now have high standards after staying in this adorable beach rental! Bailey was super responsive and helpful! It did take us a little longer to walk to the beach (8 min), but not a bad walk at all. 😉 Seasoned VRBO users may know this, but don’t forget disposables like trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels. These are popular items at the grocery store and may be hard to come by. 🤣

Works great if you are in a pinch but not our favorite

Overall we loved our stay in 30A. Property had some pros and cons. Pros: 1. Location - Seagrove Beach is a great location close to Seaside but away from the crowds. 2. Condo complex was well maintained and felt very safe. 3. Pool area was nice size and clean. 4. Easy walk, bike, golf cart ride to beach 5. Ample parking 6. Unit had well stocked kitchen 7. Unit shower was remodeled - it was big and great water pressure. 8. Washer/dryer worked great. Cons: 1. Unit is an interior unit with no natural light. I knew upon booking that the unit didn’t have outdoor space but I did not realize that the windows in the unit are not to the outside but to other interior parts of the building. Because of this unit felt small and claustrophobic. 2. Unit was not adequately cleaned upon arrival. Luckily I brought Clorox wipes and wiped down the kitchen and bathroom. Also all the doors were filthy dirty. Clorox wipes, went along way in making things feel clean. 3. Living room furniture could use updating. It was worn and looked dirty (especially the couch and recliner). 4. Bunk bed was not sturdy. Top bunk swayed anytime my daughter moved. 5. Pool was not heated which is fine for the summer but a bummer during spring break.

Great stay!

We had a great stay. The property was spotless, nicely decorated, and just as listed. Plenty of linens, comfortable beds, and a few extras for young families (beach toys, pack and play, stroller). Communication with the owner was excellent—she responded quickly to any request or question, check-in was a breeze, and she offered some great local spots for dinner. There’s a Publix about a mile away and a Tom Thumb for quick items just down the street.

We look forward to hosting you all in our spacious ground floor unit at Seagrove Highlands in the heart of Seagrove Beach. We travel all over the world but our hearts always bring us back here. There really is nothing like 30A.
