Appartement en très mauvais état

Tout est sacrément décati, l'immeuble, les meubles et même la housse de couette usée jusqu'à la corde avec plein de trous... un investissement de 2000thb pour changer la housse ne serait pas un luxe. Les chaussons d'intérieur d'une couleur douteuse qui traînent dans le salon sont du plus mauvais goût. La propreté générale laisse à désirer. Une des 2 douches ne fonctionnent pas... si vous louez l'appartement à 4, la toilette ne va pas être simple! En une semaine de location, personne ne s'est manifesté pour passer un coup de balai ou vérifier que tout allait bien. Ne vous fiez enfin pas à la photo de la piscine prise avec un grand angle ! La réalité n'a rien à voir, c'est tout simplement un bassinet de 2m x 3m.
