There are two air-conditioned bedrooms with all linen supplied (beds not made up) which ooze with luxury, two designer bathrooms with European appointments and walk in showers, an internal laundry located within the main bathroom offers a washing machine.

The bonus of level lift access from both the street and secure parking make this the perfect getaway location. Park the car and walk to the nearby multiple cafes, clubs, restaurants along with an IGA Grocery store, Newsagency and Bike Hire outlet.

Shoal Bay Beach is famous for Snorkelling, stand up Paddle Boarding (available for hire), Fishing and the famous Tomaree Mountain which provides spectacular views of the peninsula.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property Immediately with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
