The property itself is in a great location, very close to the Country Club and shops etc. The balcony offers a great view of the water. The property itself was good and reasonably maintained. Note there is no WiFi at this property and no air conditioning. Whilst the temperature was ok for us due to time of year, two fans in the property would not be enough in the middle of summer. We found the property manager Nicole to be short with her responses and rude when we queried an issue with the TV i.e. it was not working. Other than her very poor customer service ethic the property and stay was good.
Thank you! The unit is a lovely space - clean & fresh, comfortable - we were only 2x but would have been very comfortably for 4x.
Communication was always efficient and professional.
Located across from the beach and short walk shops/ restaurants & cafes/ salons/ walking tracks.
Windows both sides of unit meant cross breeze/ventilation was gorgeous and lots of light; Lamps throughout the place are a nice touch; Towels are soft; kitchen reasonably well stocked; utilities avail; and for the rainy (or resting days) there are magazines / reading material /DVDs / games.
Just be mindful - unit located on top floor with no lift for moving luggage / if any physical limitations.
Would def stay again / highly recommend - lovely!

Great location
Lovely property
Wifi not working was unfortunate so no smart TV either
The location of the unit is perfect ! Right next to SBCC and only a 10 min walk to the Tomaree track.
It was very clean, had everything you needed and the balcony looks right over onto Shoal Bay beach.
I can’t fault it at all - I’ll definitely be booking this place again !
