This is a lovely home that is very clean and nicely furnished. It was well equipped. The location is perfect for walking downtown and to campus. The hosts were very responsive when we needed the coffee machine replaced- a new one appeared within the hour! Highly recommend this property.

Loved staying here!

Great stay

We had a great experience. The place was clean, beautiful and well appointed in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathroom. We even got snacks! The owners were available during our stay, via text, to answer any questions. Everyone had a restful night in comfortable beds and cozy bedroom. The location was absolutely fantastic. We will definitely stay when we come Back to visit our daughter.

In the heart of Fayetteville

Our stay was excellent. Communication with property management was top notch. The house is located a short walk from all the nightlife on Dixon Street. And all the shopping and restaurants in the Square. We were greeted with snacks and beverages. There is a superb restaurant down the street that has mini vegan and plant-based option. Arsaga mill district. There is also a superb Thai restaurant on the square. And a great vegan burger at Farrels. The house was clean and comfortable with everything that we needed. Even some essentials that we forgot. There was always parking available in front of the house and the garage was great for parking.

Wonderful stay

Moms weekend!! We planned a mother daughter trip for the weekend. Our 4 daughters are freshman at Arkansas and we wanted to fit in some mother-daughter time before finals and the holidays. We absolutely loved your beautiful home! Location was perfect. Beds were so comfortable. We had a fabulous stay!

It's all about the details.

There is a solid difference between a place to stay and a place you feel good staying at. This is that place! The small things that are so thought out providing a sense of comfort. Fabulous rental

Our experience with this VRBO was one of the best we have ever had! The property was in a fabulous location and was very clean. Check in/check out was a piece of cake! One of my favorite things about this property was that is was so well stocked with essential items. I loved that I didn’t have to immediately go to the grocery store when I arrived in town! All the bathrooms had shampoo/conditioner/soap/TP and the kitchen had paper towels/trash bags/ laundry and dish soap...even coffee and snacks! Made for an easy weekend! Also, the beds were so comfy! Such a treat in a home away from home!! We will be back for sure!
