As sisters we are always up for an adventure! Together we have formed Sisters Inc and are co-owners to Southern Maine Guide Service , Wedding in the Woods, and now the quaint property at Jay Bird. We both love the outdoors and spend hours with our children hunting and fishing. Both are Registered Maine Guides and have travelled throughout the state of Maine, guiding. As owners to Wedding in the Woods we offer wedding packages that accommodate any of the wedding parties needs.

Why they chose this property

Jay Bird is the perfect getaway from the rush of daily life. Quiet and comfortable it offers peace and tranquility. Sip your morning coffee on the enclosed porch and watch the ducks and geese float by. Grab one of the canoes and fishing pole and try your luck for trout. Take a walk around the property for fresh some much needed fresh air. Spring fed water makes for clear swimming on a hot day. Roast some marshmallows at the fire pit and unwind from the day. Jay Bird has it all for those who just need a break from it all.

What makes this property unique

Jay Bird has been set up for off grid living, however we understand that life still has to happen. The cabin has been wired to allow you to bring your own generator. There are outlets throughout the cabin. Please ask us for more information regarding this.
